Well a friend and I came in to look around. As we were talking we had a wonderful chat with soon to find out a excellent salesman named Pierre Boileau once in a lifetime experience. I have purchased a lot of different vehicles in my life, but never had such a awesome experience with him. I absolutely appreciate the experience reason I said heck with it and bought a new 21 Road Glide Special. My experience was more than I could ever imagine. Also the sales lady in HD gear section Brookes treated my wife with top notch fit made her feel good, made her look even better. Also thanks to DOC and rest of the departments amazed me fully. My family has purchased this will be the 4th new Harley Davidson from this Business. Going on 5th someday soon. Scammers very bad service practices. Would not do any more business with service department..over charged and lied to .. both times I went there.. cost me 1500. After they misdiagnosed the problem. Sold me parts that werent needed. 👎

The only positive experience I had here was from John in sales, hes fantastic and helped me so much. I came in only looking for pricing on 2018 and 2019 bikes, and told them 3 times I did not want to buy today and I was not signing ANYTHING today. Today confirmed I cannot afford a Harley and I am okay with that, but Brian in sales was a jerk about it. He came back to me twice with pricing and he tried to intimitate me and demean me into buying a bike that day. Worst sales pitch ever, and Ive purchased three bikes from this dealership. Good luck to everyone else and their future experiences.

I was a CBR and Shadow rider before this. I decided to try out HD. Dropped by the local Emerald City HD to check one out I saw for sale online. I was treated super respectfully and never felt pressured to buy any specific bike. The staff was awesome and began by asking open ended questions to help me find the right fit between two bikes I had my eye on. I ended up going with the 883 I had originally looked at as I fell in love with the look and the comfort. No pressure at anytime and all my questions answered to full extent. I left after buying the bike and I have to say, Ive purchased many cars and bikes and this dealership experience was hands down the best Ive ever experienced. I will be back when its time to upgrade.

Not the same store even from 3 years ago. Friendly female staff in the retail section. In bike sales section no one greeted us or said hello.

Bought the bike at Emerald. Everything seemed to be fine. At the time of the first service wanted to add cruise control and windscreen. Called to setup work with service department. Then had to buy parts from part counter. Service would not work with their own parts department to set up service. They feel that customers should jump through all the hoops while they sit back. Seems their service to customers is non existence. Will not do anymore business with them.

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review. I bought a 2020 Harley-Davidson brand new iron 883 on March 13 2021. I have had 6 breakdowns so many factory recalls, and have never been able to ride it home. I reached a point of calling lemon law. I had handle bars but on before I picked them up, the technician messed it up, leaving my bike to disconnect in the middle of the freeway, rolling to the side of the road. At one point I had a 432$ tow bill. I just received it back today from it being fixed. Welp rode it reached mile 30 and battery light went back on. Now waiting to get it fixed and back on the shop again. At this point even if it gets fixed I am so stressed and cant even trust this bike. I definitely got a lemon and been made clear I am stuck with it. Will never go back there again. Just my experience.

Went in there to look at used motorcycles. At first sales person did not do a very well job. Talked to the sales manager, who promised to make it up to me and he did 100 fold. Thanks to the staff for making my purchase of a brand new 2019 street glide pleasurable, awesome and amazing.

However I did recieve a call from their General manager to my surprise! He cared enough to give me a call and to ask, in short what they could improve on. I told them go the extra mile, just show you care your not just another number to make quota. That’s what Bob did, he showed he cared by asking my opinion not suggesting what they will try to do but my opinion and got the record let me just say this all the gentleman who help me were all very nice so please don’t interpret otherwise I just feel they could have used a lil stronger customer service skills and in all fairness I did tell them to not waste my time. So all it takes sometimes is just a call or offering a way to make it right and that doesn’t always mean discounts money ect your words say everything, but your actions to fallow always shows character and integrity. Great place, nice folks. Didnt have the part I needed, but called another dealer that did, and had them get it ready for me, even though they were about to close. Theyre not cheap when it comes to service, but theyre customer service is excellent.

Couldnt be more satisfied!I purchased a used bike from ECH in early June. My sales person Zoe was very informative and took a hands off approach that allowed me to shop at my own pace.The bike was advertised for the wrong price, they Gracefully honored the lower price, and threw in a free tee!A used bike came with a 30 day warranty. On day 35 I had some electrical issues. ECH didnt hesitate to take care of me. When I went to pick the bike up, I was informed that they notice a nail in my rear tire. They replaced it without no questions asked.The level of service I received from Zoe in sales, Carl in finance and Josh in service could not have been better.They have earned my loyalty.Thank you Emerald City Harley for making my experience such a priority. I will spread the good word any chance I get.

I asked how much for 2 different bikes and I received multiple texts and zero answers! 3 different personnel texting me and Not one of them could answer a simple question!

Refused to disclose price for a bike until I came and spoke to someone in that store. Well this is the first. I really hope this is not a regular practice with Harley Davidson motorcycles. New to biking but come on now.

Went with a friend to buy a motorcycle today. Both of the salesmen that we interacted with were great(Brian and Brent). Brian showed us the bikes and was helpful, but as my friend had made an online inquiry that was responded to by Brent, he ultimately ended up being the salesman for my friend. Brent was great. Willing to work with her, did his best to ensure she was happy when she left. He did an outstanding job! I would recommend Brent to anyone! He definitely wants his customers to be satisfied.I have been in there at least two dozen times over the years and it has always been a positive experience. The service department has always been helpful and the parts guys are very knowledgeable and give you all your options-even for aftermarket parts. Apparently the sales staff was not interested in selling bikes. One guy looked at me when I walked in the store and turned his back on me. We were visiting and just decided to purchase a couple of shirts and poker chips instead. I saw a couple of bikes that I was interested in but no one was interested in selling them. Never know who comes in your store. Never judge a book by its cover....sure you have heard that phrase. Missed out on $70 grand.

Bought my first bike at this location, (a 2015 48 Sporter) Amazing ride! but even more amazing was the above and beyond customer service from the staff at Harley-Davidson. Very friendly, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable.Walked in from just barely getting my endorsement for a test drive; they were very accommodating and also very open to negotiate. I got an amazing deal on the bike.I had been shopping for a long time, in fact even before I got my endorsement, I had gone several times to check out the bikes, every single time the staff was very helpful and friendly.Would recommend 100%, Also talk to Jon he was then one that helped me out!

They answered all my questions and helped me get to know the bikes and understand their differences. Was able to test ride anything I wanted. Parts department guys were awesome helping me find extras. Emerald City HD is wonderful. Already referred another person to them. Hes thrilled too. I was the random guy that stopped by your service building looking for a clutch spring for a 49cc pocket bike. No luck, but.. do you guys have 90cc bikes for sale? Bunch of dirty bikers 😂 Every time I have gone in here they have been great. They even shipped off things to my brother out of state without any issue or extra packing fees.They didnt mind answering questions and running around the store grabbing things to show me. Overall great place and service.

This is where i go for all the work that i cant do on my bike (basically tuning and valve adjustments) the staff is super cool, Im on a first name basis with the parts guys who are great at helping you find exactly what youre looking for. The apparel section is well organized and there is a stage and seating area where they put on fun events every now and then.

Id give it a five-star but they need to let you know when they cancel events so you dont show up for nothing

Talk to Bryan hes a great sales guy, really helpful and not pushy. Tell him what your interest in and he will lay out all of your options.

Good with the exception of their voice mail in the service department. Even their own service techs say the voice mail does not always work and they do not get the ones customers leave them. This has been going on for over 2 years you think by now it would be fixed seems suspect to me if they value customer service!

ECHD is the best dealership in the PNW. Bryan in sales always answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable about anything Harley. If youre in the market for a bike. Go see Bryan at ECHD!
