I made an appointment to replace a rear tire that had picked up a nice, shiny screw. Thom was my first contact. He was great... helpful, friendly, professional. The guys in Parts were also great, making sure I was getting the right tire and that it was in stock. The work itself was fine, and the price was fair. However, based on at least 40 years of experience with motorcycle and auto service departments, Motoplex Service customer communication could be tightened up. To be specific, the wait time for my tire replacement could have been less if the other service rep (not Thom) had asked me when I checked in Will you be waiting here? or been able to provide a ballpark time estimate, rather than just saying Well give you a call when its done. I realize such estimates can be risky due to undiscovered problems during a repair, but I didnt have the feeling that anyone had a handle on the days workload or had enough information to be able to prioritize. So, this is NOT a complaint. Im a satisfied customer and will be back. Its a suggestion to make communication more efficient to prevent misunderstandings with your customers. Thanks.

Purchased my Indian Scout there in 2016. Loved the bike, but just didnt get to ride enough with my current work schedule. So I touched base with David, and he took care of selling my bike, and finding me a new Waverunner. Super happy with the service and communication from David. Just in time for Summer fun on the lake!

I bought a 2019 Indian FTR 1200 recently and absolutely love it. PJ and David were great to work with and up front about everything and very informative about the bike. And what a great shop...extremely clean and tons of cool bikes and accessories. Very highly recommended.

Took my 2014 Cheiftain in for 10k service. Paid $400+ for an oil change and several visual inspections. Given I just purchased bike used it was best to have the pros check it out. Decent communication from tech throughout its stay (took several days longer than I was told it would take) but after riding from shop and checking oil, it didn’t register on dipstick. Called and explained to service. Older guy on phone was cool, apologized and said to bring in or come get a free quart. When I showed to pick it up several days later younger “cool guy” behind the counter seemed bothered and unapologetic. Had same experience with their parts counter (spent $400+ there as well). Ben was great (older guy) but the younger guy seemed bothered to help.Might opt to take the trip to Auburn Indian next time.

“Inquired about some parts online for a bike I just bought. I was told the parts were available at store. Went to parts counter and the guy new who I was by email. I was able to get parts along with some helpful information. Oil seemed a bit pricey but I wanted to put the best in that I could. Great customer service. Too many neat things to look at. ”

I had my BMW R1250GS Adv. motorcycle serviced in Aug. 2020. I had a tremendous problem getting the service department on a call or to respond to an email. Finally the receptionist went to the service department and found someone to take my call and schedule maintenance. When I picked up the bike, they broke my Tourtech rack (appears they tried to lift the motorcycle with it) and told me they ordered a new one and would call when it arrived. Its been 10 weeks and Ive not heard back and cant get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email.Update: The below response came within a day of posting the above review. I thought, WOW, maybe this is gonna get resolved! However, nine days later and still not a peep from them regarding the problem. Sorry, but implying an action will be taken in a review without taking real action is really just trying to fool the public. Beware, Im replacing the parts myself and will not be back.Update2: They sent me the parts after the above update and reached out to see if there was anything else I needed.

“The paperwork for the service agreement for my FJ09 (that I bought at the Motoplex) had not been entered into the system when I brought the bike in for its first service. After I went home and checked my paperwork, and brought my service agreement back with me, it took about ten minutes to get a refund and my information input into the system. Thats great service! Thanks! ”

Purchased the Scout bobber 20- Loved my experience here it was top tier customer service- TOP TIER!David was THE BEST- answered all my questions made excellent suggestions that I didn’t even think to ask- so helpful.In fact because of how I was treated I will be back for all my upgrades- a new exhaust and possibly to get the seat he showed me.Highly Recommend, and when you visit- see David!

“I was really concerned when all the other Local Ural dealers would not help me. You stepped up and done a great job. I am currently taking Raceway Ural to court. My situation with them is their fault 100%. I thank you for not taking sides like it seems all the other Ural dealer in Oregon and Washington seem to be doing.. I put the 300 mile break in on the new engine but noticed that there was an oil leak coming from what looks like above the oil pan. I am thinking it is from where the Trans connects to the engine, but I am no mechanic so I am not sure. So I parked the bike because the local dealer will only do the recommended service but now with that oil leak I can not afford to have it fixed and because of what Raceway Ural in Salem Oregon done, my warranty is void for at least 6mo to 1yr.The tans/clutch was done just before the engine failed so Raceway was the last to work on it but I am assuming that the Factory who rebuilt the engine may have had to take that apart to fix the rest. But again I am no mechanic so I have no real clue what it took to do that job. Thats why P paid for an extended warranty and I always take it to the dealer to get it fixed. But I am so grateful for you help in putting the engine back in the Bike for me. You guys done a great job and I will always be grateful for your help.”

Doug made sure I had a spot in the packed schedule to get my first hour service done in time. Tyler helped me spend my money in all the right places. There is a wide selection of motorcycles hereIndian motorcycles are their heavyweight bikes, but they also carry other polaris products as well as other manufacturers. The sales staff here is no-pressure and happy to answer all your questions.Not sure what sort of deal you can get on price, but they do have some attractive financing options (as of August 2018). They will also help boost the power and performance of your ride.

Everyone I came in contact with in the store was super friendly and attentive. I was welcomed before I even entered the building. The young woman with red hair who helped me in womens riding gear was awesome! Motoplex really knows how to treat their customers! I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been to all of the other Indian dealerships in WA state and this place is the first I would recommend someone to go to buy their bike! They didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff i didnt need and actually told me the truth about what would and wouldnt work with my motorcycle. I will be taking my bike their for all further services and customization. Go say hi!

Amazing sale! Only issues the open hours. I had a bit of trouble working my schedule to fit the open hours of the motoplex. Overall, amazing job kept me in the loop about what was happening during my purchase, and what every little tiny detail meant, or how it would affect the overall outcome. They also didnt just give me the salesman bs, they told me the upsides and downsides of the bike, with very little cat and mouse. Felt like a good deal to walk away with

I talked to David on Friday about a new Indian Chieftain Dark Horse. I told him tht I would bring my Harley and wife back on Sunday. We shook hands. He had the Indian fueled, passenger pillion and backrest installed and ready to go. All on my word alone. Old school! I took a test ride and the bike sold itself. David was absolutely the most knowledgable salesman I have dealt with. Hands down. Ben in parts had everything on hand that we wanted. Greatest buying experience ever!Go there and trade your Harleys, you wont be sorry.

Ive had a couple of experienes with Lynnwood Motoplex so far, they have bee good. During an install of recalls a mechanic noticed some serious issues that needed to be dealt with. The service manager at the time said he would get his mechanic to parse out the needed parts and labor required. After some time I had not heard back from him. I emailed and requested the information and again I received no response. I called and found out the service manager had been replaced. I now deal with Eric. He has been outstanding! Great communications and advice and pleasant to deal with. I have been more than pleased. The needed repairs have been scheduled and I await my bikes return. Well done Motoplex! Eric was a great Hire!”
