At first yeah, everyone very nice and all, but once you have a problem with a vehicle and want them to be responsible, totally different story, wont even answer the phone calls. Its not possible that in a matter of 5 months the car has had engine problems twice, AND we had to pay for a new set of 4 tires because all were in bad condition. Really?The first time the car showed problem hadnt even been a month the we got it, yes, the owner took care of the problem with the engine, it was MISSING a very important piece, and when I asked for copies of the paperwork explaining what had been done to the car he refused. Saying he would only give them to me if I was willing to pay for the fees. Of course I said no and until now, I think I never received anything. A couple days ago another engine problem, weve had enough. No longer interested in the car, If they want their car back theyre going to have to go pick it up because that engine wont even start anymore, and I am NOT paying to have it towed for the third time again.Worst part is the owner being rude, I wanted a good explanation for what happened the first time, and when my sister wanted to speak he literally put his hand in front of my sisters face and said You shut up, I dont want to hear more from you. Very rude..I told him I should have never gone there and should have went to a bigger & better dealership instead. He said other dealers were BSTo all this, Mickey was the only nice one there, since day oneWell We have to learn some how right?Most great things do not come Quick & EasyNow Im just gonna wait for the owners response denying everything and saying how much they wanted to help and I didnt cooperate.Thanks But, NEVER AGAIN!!!Enter at your own risk! If youre one of the lucky ones, all will go well

Do not trust this company!! They are fraud!! They will run stolen consumers information for a payment. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!Their generic response is not dealing with the truth to the matter. They will run payments on a stolen bank card just to get a sale without confirming proper identification or authorization. Do not trust this company!

The staff when I went would not let me test drive the car until I agreed to a non-negotiable price (and an outlandish price at that given the condition of the vehicle!) A crappy dealer in a crappy neighborhood. Don’t waste your time.

They negotiated a price, but did not honor it the next day after returning with my auto loan to purchase the car.I even had a printed invoice with the negotiated price. There was apparently a miscommunication between the sales person and the boss.I discovered the air conditioning was not functioning, so they probably want to sell the car to someone who is ignorant to the defect.
