Had a very bad experience with the store Manage “Rudy”, of this store... I just want a phone and the manager was trying to add things that I didn’t even ask for. He was way too pushy. Never shopping here again. You just lost a customer

I went into this cricket and I had a horrible experience. A guy named Andy was the person I talked to and he seemed to be in a bad mood because he was responding with an attitude. I was just asking questions about the pecs on the phone an he seemed like he didnt want to helped me, standing behind the counter and just pointing to the phones. I didnt feel welcomed and I was still confused. So I just left.

This location is always busy but sales personnel is there to help whatever the customers need and goes extra mile to accommodate them. 👍

0 stars!!! The manager guy or whatever he was behind the counter shouldn’t be working there! Really bad customer service! How are they in business? Too pushy with no knowledge on devices. Never again!
