The technician Put an iPhone 7 screen replacement on my iPhone 8. Also, stole or “Lost” an important metal plate from inside … the metal plate didn’t have to be moved; as it covers the battery and is not attached to the screen...

Had one of the technicians there be very informative and helpful. He told me I had to wait for a week for a new LCD screen but he managed to get me a new screen the very next day. I ended up going till the following week not realizing the LCD screen had been sitting there waiting for me to get it replaced. LOL. I would highly recommend this repair shop👍👍

They are professional and seems they like what they do. They respond quick to text (usually within the hour). They also guarantee the work, Im assuming on certain jobs. Im definitely becoming a loyal customer

I left my ps4 for a simple HDMI switch and was told it would be fixed the next day. After waiting 3 weeks it couldnt be fixed I had to constantly call for updates even though I never received any news about my system. I recommend not going to this place for ps4 repair .

I waited patiently for three months just for a basic PlayStation 4 repair and I had to call to get updates about my device, the worker always said I’ll give you a call tomorrow and two weeks would pass and I would have to call again and it’s just frustrating knowing I could’ve gone to a shop that actually knows what they’re doing cause these guys are not professional, not friendly, and time wasting. Just an all out terrible experience I recommend them looking for a new profession cause basic repairs is not their thing.

I dropped off two devices and was told it would be ready later on that day. I called right before closing and no answer. I call the next day and was told they were not ready yet that I would be contacted when ready for a pickup. I called every day for a week until I finally decided to just pick them up. I get there and they cannot find my items. After looking for a few minutes they find my devices in a bin full of electronics. It looked like a condemned bin lol. The iPad screen was replaced but had a crack in it and was not the same color as the iPad. Not to mention the iPad had scuffs all around it like it was rolled on sandpaper. It was a horrible experience, absolutely horrible.Do not trust this business with any of your devices.I will definitely not recommend, not even to my enemy if I had one.

They know what they are doing. Would give 5 stars but on one occasion they totally miss quoted the time. I ended up waiting and waiting and waiting about 3 hours for the technician whom they kept saying was just around the corner, on his way, should be here in a minute etc...I had already left and come back at the original time estimate. But the work is good. They will fix it!

I’ve trusted this place to repair screens on my IPad, IPod, and IPhone. Even swap out batteries but I recently went to get a battery swapped out, to say the least I won’t be coming back! After the battery was swapped out, I was told the phone still wouldn’t charge and the charging port would have to be changed and the next day it would be ready. The next day after calling and calling I was told the phone still wouldn’t work and the mother board needed to be worked on and that once that’s done the phone would be “just like new, guaranteed!” I was told that it would be 3 days before it was ready. Well three days go buy and still no calls, at this point I was so fed up, I decided to drive there and pick the phone up! No one would answer the phone and voicemails weren’t being returned. Well show up at 5pm and what do you know!? Doors closed, and everything locked up!!! Google says they close at 8pm and I was told a few days prior 7:30pm. Tried calling and no answer still. The next day I got a call saying the phone was completely “fried” and nothing could be done to fix it and that I would be charged $25 for “labor” Hahahah! Yeah O K! I normally don’t write reviews on places, even after negative experiences but this one by far was the WORST!!! My recommendation is to stay far away from this place! Farrrr farrrr farrrr away!!!

In my case my phones screen was broken and pieces were coming off water managed to get inside to the LCD but they fixed it 1hr tops. Took my phone to be fixed on sept 11th. Told me 3-4 days turnaround...that already is a big no..who can go that long without a phone .. Using someone elses phone I called on the 20th because everytime I called no one answered and when I got off of work they were closed..safe to say I got my money back and they never once tried to work on my phone having from Sept 11th-Sept 23rdVery unprofessional and do not recommend this place.

This is whats frustrating when you try and support the little guy in the industry. Its a Saturday and the advertisement says he is open until 8pm. I drove there twice and store is still closed. Security roll down closed. As if he hasnt been in all today. Not Ill be back in 15 closed.

I dont recommend this place because they take forever and I think they just follow Youtube videos.A while ago I took my Galaxy S7 to get the camera fixed because my keychain smashed it while I had my phone in my pocket. I took it in to get the camera and the plastic protector over the camera replaced. The guy only understood that the protector had broken so I had waited an hour for nothing and was told that they didnt have the camera in stock and it will get there in about 3 days. I paid in advance for everything and ended up being told for about 2 or 3 weeks that they still didnt have the camera. After that, they finally put it in and the camera was looking blurry. Told them about it and wasted about 3 hours while they kept opening up my phone and putting in another camera. I dont know if they received defective cameras or if the heat from removing the cover was messing with the camera, but all of them came out blurry. They told me to come back next week and I never did because they wasted enough of my time. Didnt matter much because I had the phone replaced later anyways since it had another issue.In short, just go somewhere else.

Overall my experience was quite well, perfect place to go if youd like to walk in with 1 problem then walk in with 4 more.I originally came in to have my USB charging port replaced, I dropped off my phone came back to pick it up 2 hours later and the phone was finally charging again. I set it to fully charge and when I needed to make a phone call.. my microphone wasnt working, then upon further inspecting the phone the screen wasnt properly installed and was popping out a little on the corner to top it all off the home and back buttons stopped working after 2 days.Called to tell them if they can correct the error they said its fine as long as I have my receipt, show up 4 days after my phone had been fixed and they said they can fix the screen for me but everything else was pre existing damage when in reality my phone had been perfectly functional other then the charging port.Worst place ever.

Plz if you guys have an issue with your phone plz dont take it her took my SAMSUNG galaxy s8plus for a LCD replacement and a software issue 2 and a half weeks ago said it would be ready in 30 min or ealry the next day never got a call from them went down 3 or 4 times said they didnt know how to fix it said they would have it ready monday whent to the loaction monday nothing just run arounds so after that i just told him to give me the phone back becuase clrearly he doesnt know how to fix it or cant fix it. And now he comes out with that i owe him a $35 fee for working on it and hes going to take the new lcd off and put my broken one back and phone still does not work ! And plus pay him 35$ dont recommed this place wouldnt trust my phone with them again,,, so when i writing this review he call me and said that my phone was working already and to go pick it up at 7pm i asked him what time u closed he said 8pm i got there at 6:50 the place was closed and call him no answer some guy that was wating for him out side the store too said that he had tooken his phone and said it would be ready in 30 min and it had already been 2 days,, anyways at the end when i went to go pick it up the phone was not ready and i told him to give me the money back and still didnt want to refund the full amount and i told him u couldnt fix it what are u charging for ?? at the end of this i got my money back but will never come to this place again and WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT, !!!!IF I CAN RATE THIS LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD !!!

I get my daughters cell (emerge) and mine (Edge) repaired here every 4 months price averages from 50 to 150 for the same phone! Depends whos working. The last time they said it cant be fixed so i sent it into Assurion/Sprint they send it back because somebody stole the IMEI number off the back! I would have never known because the Edge backs are sealed. I went back to It can be fixed highly upset. They just said sorry we must have accidently thrown it away. Yeah right their employees are scamming! The owner doesnt care. Or does he?

Trying to charge me a diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong with my laptop. They ended keeping it without my consent. The black guy is a total disrespectful guy and the Hispanic dude was rude. I highly suggest people to go somewhere else I had one of my other laptops screen replaced they sucked at it replace it with a wrong one I had to go back again and wait another two weeks. They did and when I came back to pick it up some fat a** porky lookin mf was hella rude. When I went home I noticed my phone didn’t want to charge anymore and the WiFi would turn on and off. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I took my iphone 6 plus for a battery replacement and black screen. the guy told me to pick up the phone in an hour and then it wasnt ready. I had to leave it till the next day. I called the next day and the guy(Rick) told me to go pick up my phone and it was non repairable. I took it to another place for a second opinion at UBREAKAKIFIX and here they fixed it. they explained what was the problem and the parts it needed at a reasonable price. So stay away from this place it should be called WE CANT FIX IT!

Came here to fix my iphone 6 because i cracked the screen, they fixed it very fast even though they were very busy, the only thing was that my selfie camera was a bit dirty. A week later i went back and they took care of me so fast and apologized for the inconvenience . im glad i came here because in the past ive had bad experiences at other shops! Thank you guys !

Worst service ever. I wish there was an option to put 0 stars. To Bad I have to give them one star they dont even deserve one star. I took my phone to fix with them and they took a month to fix the phone. When they give me the phone the phone had the wrong parts and they told me they had missed placed the home button and thats why they put the black instead of the gold which thats the regional part for the phone. I also paid $25 for a case and $25 for a fiber glass protection screen. The case was a cheap ass case and the fiberglass was all broken cracked from the top. I assure you dont go to this business youre not gonna get what you paid for worse and horrible service ever....

Fixed my charging port but mest up my mic and that took like 5 days to get it back. Took it to get the mic fixed and took me 3 days to get my phone plus my wireless charging doesnt work. Everytime I called people said it would be ready in an hours so I wasted my time going and it wasnt ready. Either way I wont be going back. All this process took about 2 weeks and it was really frustrating.
