Their app refused to let me refill a prescription without calling them first, so I tried to call the pharmacy. They kept picking up the phone and saying please hold, or just didnt say anything at all before dropping me back in the queue. At the 10 minute mark,they hung up on me. Seriously, hire someone to answer your phones!

Horrible customer service from manger to employees. I went to get something that I wanted to be secretive and the woman knew since I asked her before I went up to the front desk to ask for it but she ended up going to help the cashier since there was a line and this female attends me and says VERY loud what I asked and everyone turned around to look at me. However this is not the first time something like this has happened... there was this one time I asked for a curler since they have them locked up and they took it and said it was going to be up in the front when I’m ready to buy and when I decided to pay for my items and for curler they said someone else bought it!!! Do they not pay attention? On who asks for the specific items? Rudeness everywhere in this store. Horrible don’t recommend!

They are getting better about the restroom.Sales can be good, but expect overpriced items if not on sale.Pharmacy is good though, my go to for getting any medications.

The pharmacy has a deplorable customer service they show no empathy nor compassion towards people. I remember why I stop using CVS long time ago.

Not a fan of cvs.since they already have to much customer. The staff in the pharmacy dont want to bother to call the doctor if a medication is not covered so they ask for you to do it or you can just take your prescription somewhere else. I just go cause is closed to my mom, but I rather go to a non chain pharmacy.they want to keep their customers so they would find ways to help you to get your medicine and will actually call the the Dr for you.

Dont try calling the pharmacy you can stand in line on the phone to see if they answer and they never will.. every time..

Need something fast this is a decent convenience store. Short wait sometimes but nothing excessive.

Theres a ATM machine and there is good stuff to buy.

This is a good location, the staff were helpful in helping a friend and I choose products that we needed. It has everything that you would need.

Lazy..always waitng for 45 min or more on. A day ahead ready prescrption phone call...not to mention how expensive they are and rude in some cases....last time i come here....6/13/2014 5:57pm

They (pharmacy assistants) have poor customer service over the phone prepare to wait at least 12 minutes.

They need to make this location a 24hr pharmacy or open it alot sooner than 10am 😒😡
