Every time I come here I was get great customer services. The ladies here are your tias so they are working their hardest. They are always so sweet and compliment. The prices are okay maybe a little high but its fine. I enjoy their Raspados de vanilla with lechera. So good!! A raspado is about $4.50 - 5.00. I also like theyre nachos, theyre cheese is the good cheese not the cheap machine one.

This place has alot of Fake Advertising, they say Raspados Naturalas but they use Mermelada for there strawberry raspado and they Use a Disgusting lime Liquid in a Gallon for there Raspado de Lemon, I also ordered a Fresa con Crema ( advertisement was in a Cup) they lady put it in a Tray . I confronted her thats not what the picture shows and she said alot of the pictures they advertise is not how the sale it. VERY disappointed.

The best raspado de nuez in L. A I’ve had I’ve tried and this is still the best. The customer service has improved very much and they take cards now.

They make you feel extremely rushed when placing your order. They have a large selection of great things on their menu and it takes a minute to decide what you want but it seems like they get annoyed if you dont already know what you want when they ask.

Girl was very cold abd Fresas con cremas were expensive 5.50 for small container the strawberries were barely covered with cream i asked for more cream and was charged 1 dollar more wont be coming back

The prices at this location are outrageous. Hot cheetos with cheese are $4 here but in all the Boyle heights/East LA Don Manuel theyre about $2.50. The surcharge is across the whole menu. And the ladies here arent as friendly either 🙅🏻‍♀️

Raspados taste great I personally recommend half Nuez half vanilla. Youd say the pricing is fair. As for the line as mentioned in previous review...just goes to show how good this place is. Customer service is what kept them from 5 stars in my opinion, not that the employee who took my order wasnt very rude she just didnt seemed to have the most welcoming attitude with the exception being she worked quickly to hand me my order. I*defenetly recommended giving this place a try.

The place is good but they always change the time they close, I drive 1 hour to get the raspado de nuez which is delicious but I just wish they can keep a number to call and the times the same . I’ll keep coming here no doubt about that

The raspados are bomb, chamoyada delicious, bionico awesome. The raspados are the famous here and chamoyada . They are really delicious, refreshing amd satisfying. Ive been coming for the chamoyadas and cant get enough of it always so good and natural. It has real fruit in smoothie like form with a candy in the middle. The secret is pick up the candy eat the bottom of the candy and now you have a straw and you cn enjoy the chamoyada yummmy mmmhmm😋. The raspado de nuez is also a really top choice as well as the others all the flavors are good. It has parking for free. There are lines sometimes not all the time. Theres more line in the afternoon. Less people in the mornings and beginnings of afternoon. Its a very clean place all well organized. Also the clients some are really nice and some are not but it all depends how you speak to them. Reccommend this place to everyone id the world. It has great desserts and dessert snacks.

Didnt like the service or the raspado on a styrofoam cup with no lid. Also to expensive for a small raspado. Just a mile away I can get a larger plastic cup with a lid at a cheaper price.
