We called before heading out to pick up an order since we dont live so close. was told they close 7:30 and we arrived 7:20 and guess what? knocked on the door and they wouldnt let me in! next time, they should say they close at 7:20 not 7:30! and the lady that was there didnt even have the courtesy to ask what i was there to do, what if i needed to make a payment? what a waste of time. should really consider where you waste your money and time!!!! maria, choose your employees wisely. will definitely be going elsewhere!!

I went in there after the gym ready to buy after saving up for awhile knew what i wanted and figured id give some business to my hispanic bretheren and immediately felt judged i literally asked for what i wanted and was asked how much i wanted to spend when i said 7k the girl in the red dress and the girl next to her laughed and asked if i wanted credit i worked too hard for too long to be judged by the way i look especially by my own people i will definitely not be returning this company needs to teach their employees the #1 rule in sales to never judge a book by its cover

I was a loyal customer until I bought a bracelet and they told me that I would see no problem if I wanted to change it for another. I felt confident and bought one seeing that they said no problem if I didnt like it, I could change it for another. And I arrived before the month because the bracelet felt very large and I wanted a smaller one and they gave me all kinds of excuse that it was already recorded that it was already used and that it was too late and that the price was going to drop and I had to pay more. Anyway, the low price bracelet and they charged me 200 more and 25 taxes. For a change that they said there would be no cost for it to arrive before the month. And ask the store. because they are charging me if I am arriving before the month and the excuse was or is that all stores work differently. Last purchase that I made and I never buy hayi again for not complying with the rules, all they want is money. Better buy in the swapmeeet hayi is the same quality 14 carats and cheaper. Dont be scammed.
