I recently purchased a compression ring puller manufactured by this company from Amazon. The second time I used it, one month and 5 days after purchase, it broke at the weld. I contacted the company and the response I received was, Any guarantees would have to go thru the company you bought your item from. Thanks Scott, good to know which companies no longer stand by their products. Since this is how they handle customer service issues and legitimate problems with their products, I would look elsewhere.
