I would rate this place zero stars! I’ve been coming here for my post op fajas never had an issue with them the few times I’ve gone. when it came to me wanting to return a faja that didn’t fit me at all I was told only exchanges so my concern was that the faja I just exchange wasn’t going to fit me again/ I would have to go back to exchange it again. The ladies that were there didn’t help me at all nor did they even care about my issue. I was basically talking to a wall! Nobody heard me out. These ladies were all about their money! Didn’t care about their customers. Sadly the faja didn’t fit me again! I can’t exchange it AGAIN! Because they don’t have the size! Waste of my time! Waste of my money! Never coming back here again! Bad customer service!
