Got my prints really fast and has great customer service.

One of the employees/manager had the initiative to take care of all the customers just dropping off packages 👍👍👍

So far service has been good & the staff seem friendly. My box is always accessible.

Always made sure if i weren’t home they wouldn’t leave my package out alone, self pick up was recommended for me, i appreciate their hard work !

During the beginning of COVID-19, I used a UPS store in further east. I grow up in Lynwood and saw a line outside. I stopped in for printing and have been coming back ever since! Uber clean store always and staff (Evilia, Brandon E. and Carolina. The other staff as well!) are very friendly and professional. I would recommend this store foe printing, faxing, coping, scanning etc.,

The female worker was so helpful and had a great attitude. Awesome

All employees are very nice. They do their work and the do it well. Never had any issues, I always use this place. If you need a Notary call ahead and ask if one is available.

I came here for a quick purchase of a box and I was surprised at how an employee named Lupe was able to manage this store so fluidly. There was a line forming out the door and she was respectful and professional to every customer. There was even a few slightly disorderly people who she was able to get in line and take care of their needs without causing any scenes. Im impressed. Next time I need ups I will come here.

I will avoid moving forward. Bad customer service compared to other stores. Other stores will take Amazon items without packing, print labels, and pack it for you at no charge. This store charges for even printing the label which is prepaid by Amazon.

This place is awesome all the employees have been very helpful and courteous with me every time Ive been there.

Friendly and experienced staff will assist you with your shipping, handling and labeling process. They also carry a big selection of shipping items to make the process easier. They encourage the new Covid19 policies and regulations, plus the store its always clean and well maintained. Just check the business hours before heading to the store, to make sure its open.

I went to this store to get some color prints. I had no idea they offered so much for my business. I was able to get logo help, order business cards, and other marketing merchandise. Plus the staff is really nice and helpful! My new go to store!

Brought in my packages to this location & the lady at the front desk forgot to scan both my packages. I seen that amazon was still waiting for my drop off so When i returned the same day to ask about my packages, they basically told me there was nothing i could do about it. Make sure to be attentive & get receipts.

No tracking information for my Amazon return. Amazon is still waiting.Update: It was a misunderstanding, everything good now.

I come here mostly because I live around the block but what I dislike most doesnt matter where is you have a sign that say 8 people inside only, to the point you kick out people then someone comes in after youve been kicked out waited outside in the heat get inside (mind you there is a line outside developing outside) and people come in and because of the service they getting they get priority help and nows theres 11 people inside like 1. Sanitation 2. Extremely unfair. Already looking for a new ups place

Awesome service great people first time at a ups store had no idea in what I was doing. And the young man n lady where alot of help more then I expected. While one scanned my papers the other faxed great team work.. now this is how customers come back to a location will most definitely will come back.

Great store! Fast service. Just dont come on the weekends. Parking is a nightmare. This shopping center has very few parking spots for too many businesses.

Yeah I entered the store in a great hurry and I got attended real quick by Carolina and her colleague. It was so simple and easy sending packages by ups 5 stars and great location.

Been here a few times and the workers are really helpful. Especially today that I was in a hurry the guy working there got me in and out within a minute.

Terrible service my package has been getting delayed for 3 days now . No one comes to my door and knocks. I found a sorry we missed you sticker outside on the floor didnt even make it to my door. Ive been at home all day waiting for it basically wasting my time . Never again will be having ups deliver to me . And this isnt the first time they did this its the 4th time and Im pretty furious about this problem.

Well i walked in the store and my first impresion was nice really quiet and to find out there is mail boxes or so called po boxes. so i asked if i can drop two packages and the young lady said yes. and gave me a receipt.
