The catalytic converter was stolen off of one of our box trucks. I called this place to schedule an estimate. I specifically told them I wanted to schedule an appointment time so that I would not have to pay one of my employees to sit there for an extended period of time. They agreed and said it would not be a problem. I gave them all of the truck information, even the VIN, and explained the issue in great detail. My employee arrived at the appointment and waited from 8:30am to 11:43am until finally after I called three times I received a response. They told me they could not do it because they did not know how old the truck was which was told to them on the phone initially. Going here was a complete waste of time and money. Even after all of that, the technician still tried to upsell me on irrelevant maintenance.Do not go here.

Need 2 make a appointment to C a truck from the wide selection of vehicles.

Prices are outrageous! I was billed $79 to tell me my battery did not work which I already knew that. Over 1k for brakes on a 2015 Ford Fusion. Westfield Ford would’ve checked my car and not billed me for that. My mistake for thinking all Ford dealer service are the same. Drive the extra mile or two and go to Westfield Ford.

Parts department has very knowledgeable people. They will not let you down. This is not a parts store that hires anyone off the street. Some of the people have over 30 years of experience in parts industry. Bill and Greg are great and so is everyone else in parts department.

Good service, called for a last minute oil change. They were booked for the day, I said it’s my only day off, asked me to come right in.They took me in right away and did the oil change, not only a great price but it’s a Ford dealer don’t I’m happy I was able to get it done the right way.

I bought a truck from these guys, paid the asking price of $34k. They said it had a D.O.T. inspection, had no leaks etc. I flew out from Oregon and let the truck warm up while we did the paperwork. After 15 minutes there was a 6 inch puddle under the truck. They gave me some oil and said to have my service shop check it out at home. Head light was out so they replaced it. Less than 15 miles into my trip back the engine light was on, a/c light was on, fuel filter light was on. Just keep going they said. Other head light went out that first night and I stopped to change it only to find it was held in with a paper towel. Made it back to Oregon and my shop couldnt believe that the truck had a D.O.T. inspection the month before. No back up alarm, brakes were crumbling, silicone smeared around to stop a leak, headlight retainers were both broken. When I told freeway ford they said my shop was gouging me and they knew about the leak and tried a quick fix. Silicone smeared around is not a fix, its a patch job to get the truck sold. They offered to send me $700 towards the $6k in repairs I spent. They never sent a dime. Buyer beware.

These people may be good on their new side of things but I personally had a horrible experience buying used. I purchased a 2004 International 7400 dump truck from them in as is condition. I get that there is no warranty on used stuff but when you spend 50k on a truck, youd expect it to go more than 24 hours without being in the shop. Its now been 3 months and only 25 miles on the truck later, its been in the shop 7 (SEVEN!!) times for different things! At this rate, Ill be at the price of new for a 12 year old truck.After doing research I have found out that it was bought by them in an auction. Maybe flipping auction vehicles is not their strong point?!I was holding back on leaving a negative review because I, too, have a business and know how unfair reviews can be. But after the approach they took with me a week later when I told them about the several issues and the truck going to the shop again today for something they fixed for me before it left their lot... I feel like its a very fair review to leave.Id be careful buying anything used from them!

Very unprofessional, They misdiagnosed our vehicles and their prices are overpriced ridiculously. We were loyal customers, we gave them a high revenue and significant amount of business they sure DO NOT look out for their customers. I will never give them an ounce of our business again!!! Horrible customer service!!

Went for a recall they order wrong part.Oil change took them 1hour 20 minutesNot friendly not polite.I would never be back here.

I been ordering parts for 2010 Sterling Arcadia. The parts guy Jeff was very helpful, but Im giving two stars for the fact that my parts needed:ABS sensors, fuel filter separator, fuel water sensor, coolant level sensor were not in stock... I could live with it but when he said that these are special items and I need to pre pay and these are not returnables I had to cancel the order. I felt disappointed and guilty that I own Sterling....

Great staff!! They helped me out huge. I had my truck at another dealer. I paid to have it towed there on my own dime. It paid off and they saved me 5 digits on a truck repair. I dealt with Carl who is one of the managers there. Called me to update me constantly which i appreciated

I had an issue with my Winnebago and spoke with Carl in service, he got me in that night but had to leave it for the morning due to end of the work day. At 10:15 the next day I was back on the road headed to Alaska problem solved! Im a happy camper, these guys are the best and Im not a sugar coater!

They have a wonderful staff. Every department has very knowledgeable employees. If you need parts service or a new vehicle I would recommend this place.

They have a decent selection of parts for Sterling and Ford trucks. They have pretty fast parts from their warehouse and they do deliver if you are on file with them.

Great place to buy and fix your truck. Ive been coming here for many years and will continue to as they always treat you well.

Not a good one, really not the place to have your truck serviced, stop over at West-field Ford for an alignment, this place got me good.

Horrible how they treat customers and extremely expensive..parts are way cheaper in every other dealer but here... manager no help gives attitude

Truck was first brought in for service in August 2017. It is now February 2018. So far we spent over $12K on repairs, but the same problem remains. Truck is unusable. When we call, the service manager promises a call back tomorrow. Thats where it ends. Enough is enough! BBB report will be filed as soon as Im done with this post. Legal action next.

Not a fan We purchased a Ford Transit from Freeway Ford. The van has under 5000 miles. Called Joe Monday in the service Department to have them look at the van for a small electrical problem ( battery drain). Joe said bring the van in on Thursday. We were there at 8-8:30am to drop off the van. Joe said Ill look at the problem and get back to you as soon as I know something. Thursday no call, Friday no call, Saturday I called. Joe then lied to me and said the van was under a diagnostic check. I drove to the dealer to see the van had not even been looked at. I took the van to a different dealer.Just wanted to follow up with the service Hawk Ford completed in less than a half day. The truck was diagnosed with a defective battery and back on the road. Thats a service department! Thanks Hawk Ford

I give freeway ford 3 stars because they said they would fix my oil pan that hawk Ford dum mechanic striped out my oil pan hole, but so far freeway Ford hasnt been having good luck with fixing it, their all a bunch of rip-offs, they all want your money, thats the bottom line, so I found a new place to go so I hope they will help me.
