If I could give this store a zero I would. They were very communicative during the sales process but once my money was taken from my account I didn’t hear from them again until I personally contacted them for my delivery details. Usually things such as required assembly is communicated but like I said I didn’t hear from them until I called them. Once they arrived they let me know they had to assemble it and since they couldn’t do so my delivery would have to be rescheduled a whole week from initial date. Because I am on a tight timeline I tried to call and cancel my order and go through a different branch the manager said he would get back to me within an hour and never called. I called again and got no answer. I work in sales so I understand getting your commission but completely disregarding a customer after the initial sale is extremely unprofessional especially when the lack of communication caused a setback on the customers end.

Literally only rating this place because they purposely put them in low income areas. Keeping the poor, poor since 1986. No thank you! Make a wiser decision and purchase to own from the start, even if it takes you longer to get what you want. You’ll save money in the end!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

$200 a month for one bedframe and mattress was a bad choice for me. I changed my order for half the price and instead of weekly bi weekly. And cheaper bed. So I think I’ll have a better Experience with them. There’s 100% interest on all their items!

Ive been with this RAC for 4 years and have bought TVs livingroom sets ect.. I have credit to buy now days, but I have to say that the staff has always been helpful and professional. I just want to say thank you for always getting what I need.

Went to Rent A Center with my boyfriend on Friday July 13th to purchase some furniture for my apartment. The employee that was helping us stated that they wouldn’t be able to deliver our iteams until Monday which was fine with us. Monday has arrived, we called to checked to see what time they would be delivering the furniture, the guy stated between 12 noon and four pm. Noon came no furniture, no call, no slip. Four came we called again he stated that it would be 30-40 minuets before they departed. That time pasted and it was now 6:11pm, I called again and the guy stated that they were an exit away, they didn’t arrive until 6:45 pm.

Went in to look for a bedroom set! The older lady is so rude! Even though I was approved. ..I took my business to ARRON s a lot cheaper and nicer. ....

Very Very Very Unprofessional people... take your buisness somewhere else ... please do not waist your time with these people .

This place only said hello and then they help another customer and when they finished. They just look at us and look away as if we did not exist. We waited 15 mins with us only being there customers and and still no help. Stay a way they even had two people working and still nothing.

Pursing a class action lawsuit against this company . A bunch of frauds.

Unprofessional, and ghetto,and money hungry and coward work ethics from the management and staff beyond me being a professional musician and on tour I got harassed the whole dam time in state and out the country with communication and payments staff and management still threaten me and harassed me with phone calls and warrant threats while on tour i advise no one to go to this location and rent nothing from them Courtney and Shawn (management) are horrible !

Staff is unprofessional and will harass the hell out of you if you are a day late.
