I must say hands down worse experience with a shop ever. Quality of works and customer service was atrocious. Victor, the tech being the root of the issue. It began with him stating he order the wrong grill... then after reordering it... you see below what I recieved. The grill after less than a month has all the chrome falling off, doesnt fit and obviously crooked. Also the radiator filter is white and looks horrible when it was previously black. I advised him of the possible coolant issue and claimed to have checked it... not a chance. Coolant leaking from the vehicle. Should I go on... from claims to have parts that he never order and simply having to be followed up with on his alleged follow up times... STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE!

Long story short, my car was hit and I wanted to keep it. I took the salvaged title and a check from insurance. I looked around for body shops around the area and found elite auto collision.Met kevin one day for an estimate and it was a very fair price.Set up a date to get my car towed from my house to his shop and he didn’t waste any time starting the work. All I needed was 2 doors a couple patches and pulled out the B pillar. Not an impossible job but after 2 weeks the work was complete and one week later everything was paint matched to my car.I am very pleased with the work kevin and the other mechanics have done on my car. I would recommend anyone who is needing an honest shop to here. Kevin is very accessible by texting or calling whenever I had any concerns or questions. 5/5 work for the trustworthy and honest employees.Thanks again!

I had an accident on the 1st where a deer tried to beat me in the street. Which completely messed up my driver side. My car was still drivable but I pay a note and enough that my car shouldn’t be tore up, but ANYWAYS I went around for quotes and met Karen & Kevin. Let me start by saying AMAZING😍 Customer service was so bomb from Karen I could help but ask them to fix my car. They worked with me on my budget, lord knows holidays coming and I’m already on a tight fixed income. I was told a week to repair and it took two, but after I seen my car it was WORTH the wait. My baby look like she was never hit.... not to mention the PAINT JOB, whoever did it needs a raise cause I’ve gotten so many compliments since having my car back and I’ve had the car a whole YEAR and never got as many compliments. When it’s all said & done if you want GREAT QUALITY WORK, from Good people I would stop by Elite Auto Collision. Hopefully I can post my before and after pics and let them speak for itself.

I was extremely comfortable with Elite taking care of my car after an accident. They acessed my damages and started the work right away. I was very satisfied with the finished product. They were very thorough and made sure that my car was totally restored. I will definitely refer friends and family to Elite.

Kind of hard to find but they took my car, didnt have an attitude and even let me view the damage. Took less than 2 hours for an estimate.

I’m New to the area I actually found Elite Auto on google. I am very pleased to say I’m glade I picked them to go to. Every person I encountered was friendly open and honest. This was my first time having to dealing with a body shop. Kevin is the man not only did he make sure my truck looked as good as new, he assisted me through the whole process. He helped me with dealing with STATE FARM. He gave me the truth and knowledge that was new to me that I couldn’t even get from my own insurance company. So it was more than just business I felt the family vibe a vibe I will continue to do business with.
