Piggy-backing on a previous post...This is NOT an accredited business (check out BBB.org). I should have done more research before buying. Purchased a vehicle this past summer. ITS NOVEMBER AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE TITLE! I feel there is some sort of scam associated w/the title. Brian Santana is very kind but his actions are very unprofessional -he doesnt make certain that things get done. I paid cash for my vehicle + $800 for tags, title and fees. Its been 5 months and I have a car but no title. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. He doesnt answer the number listed in Google. Ive filed a complaint against his license, #UCAR044917, with the Sec of State. Ive also had to pay my familys freaking attorney to request my full refund! Its a whole mess and I regret doing business with this company.

Was completely mislead into buying a car that had hail damage, spray painted wheels, engine codes, inoperable engine control system, inoperable cruise control, smoking, shaking, broken windshield, peeling tint, etc etc. was told it was a nice car before buying. When I reached out I was told that I would receive a call back and then did not. When I called back they said they were not in the office, the easy likely story I had been given. Total grease pit, buyer beware both retail and wholesale. I used profanity and am writing my first bad google review both things I don’t normally do, I guess I should have read the reviews before hand and used that. Guess you can’t take people on their word any more.

I got my first BMW from Santana. It was offered in Letgo app. Geo ( seller) was a lovely person he showed me the car, and I fall in love with it from the first sight. He waited for me till I got the full price of the vehicle and everything was fine till I asked him for the car plates so I can drive it back to Chicago. He made me wait for him for two weeks, and I am still waiting for him to give me the temporary plates to drive back to Chicago. He doesn’t pick up his phone, and he doesn’t answer my messages. Today, I went to the Tax commissioner trying to get a temporary plate to drive it back. I was told that I could not do it because I am not Atlanta resident. The only thing I can do now is to try to give the authorization to someone on my behalf in Chicago to get me the plates from there. I am so upset now because of that and i wish he can just read this and answer his phone and give me the plates.

I wish I could leave 0 stars! This place is terrible. They will literally tell you anything to make a quick dollar off of you. Their cars are subpar at best and the owner Santana isnt a man of his word. He will stop being responsive the minute he has a deal complete. Then once he realizes he got over on you, he will go right back to being unresponsive. Santana Luxury Motors doesnt even deserve to have a dealers license in my opinion.

It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my TITLE!!! I paid title and tag fees and there telling me that there missing something from the title, NOW THEY HAVE BEEN DODGING ME FOR 2 weeks!!!! And I have to now take it to court!!!!

I found a jewel of an auto at santana motors. I highly recommend them. They were very friendly and family oriented. I had a wonderful experience and would buy from santana luxury motors again
