Crystal Springs water delivery is one of my favorite things. The water tastes great, is always cold thanks to our water cooler and gives me peace of mind that we are drinking clean water. In those rare occaisons where we miscalculate an run out before the next delivery comes, its noticed in our house right away. This is money well spent. Convenient and I would recommend to everyone.

Water is still good, but customer service has tanked! Every number you call has at least a 1 hour hold time. The recording refers you back to the website. You cant do much on the website. You can click Contact Us and send an email request. These dont get worked, or at least havent been worked for the last 45 days. Maybe I just havent waiting long enough. Looks like Primo Water has purchased Crystal Springs and it shows. The on hold recording keeps telling me they are committed outstanding customer service. Maybe Ill believe them after hearing it for an hour. I could walk to Home Depot and grab a couple bottles of water before anyone will answer phone. I RECOMMEND SWITCHING TO ANY WATER COMPANY NOT OWNED BY PRIMO!
Went over 6 weeks without receiving a delivery. Kept being told our delivery would be rescheduled for the next day. Never received our water, never received any emails or calls. The lack of customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your time.
PLEASE STAY AWAYDo not do business with them. We had their water filter service for years for our business and with Covid, we had to cancel our service. LAST YEAR of June.The guy who was supposed to come on the following week actually showed up within a couple days to pick up things, never gave us any ticket, and left. Guess what happens next? We get BILLED, EVERY MONTH, for services we did not receive. I noticed it the first few months and called the customer service in which they respond by saying we have checked the equipment collected, we will process this and you wont be billed anymore.But then boom, I get an email saying that my account now is turned in for collection. And now I owe them $831.12, for both the equipment and the services THAT I DID NOT HAVE, as I have canceled and returned.I call the customer service and she says she will get the account out of the collection service. I ask for a transcript, reference number, or anything that I could have on my hand to ensure this wont happen again, in which she goes to say no. Nope. nothing. Theres nothing she can provide to prove that this call happened, or that this refute has been submitted to the collection service. They will most likely to call me within 5-7 days. That sounds very promising, given that you have just charged me this obscure amount for whats supposed to be a canceled service.The most ridiculous thing about this whole thing is, they had all the information they needed-- she checked the account, saw and knew the date they collected the equipment (June 30, 2020), and the date when I called in to inquire about the faulty billing. If you have all the information available in your hands, why not check them? Is this your way of scamming your customers? Hoping someone will bite and pay? PLEASE DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE, STAY AWAY.
This is for Crystal Springs in general, I dont know which branch delivers to Paulding County.Ordered water a few week ago. It was scheduled to arrive in about two weeks after the initial order on a Friday. Friday comes, no show, no call. They rescheduled it for the next Tuesday. Tuesday, no show, no call. They have now rescheduled again so many times in the last two weeks Ive lost count. Today, after two weeks of reschedules, they reschedule it for two weeks from today.You can sign up online, but not close your account online, and every time I call the hold time is 15 minutes +. Ive waited and not gotten anyone. Run away.
Nice folks. However, it was a two and a half hour load time. Driver next to me said that was a normal load time for her.
Water is good, and we do not seem to have trouble with our water delivery being on time, however, when our water cooler started leaking and we needed service, it was a totally different experience. When we got someone out the first time, the service tech showed up after hours, grabbed the leaky water cooler, and dropped the replacement without installing it, and disappeared. Had he installed it, he would have realized that he replacement leaked worse than the first one! It then took WEEKS of putting in service requests to finally get someone out here to replace the second leaky cooler, leaving us without water for our employees and truck drivers for far too long. Then, when we did finally get a confirmation that someone was coming, the driver was a no show for the first two days, and showed up after hours AGAIN with the next replacement cooler. Over all it was a terrible experience, from trying to get a response from customer service to the actual service itself. Very unprofessional. We will see how this cooler holds up. We will likely be searching for a new water service.
Trucking Company here. Drop trailer with full freight at WH. 3 days latter we came back to retrieve trailer and it was gone from site. 3 weeks into and still trying to locate our trailer. No one from facility can tell us where our trailer is. God forbid is only there is a main phone# to reach the facility (in this day and age). Their only main line connect you to an operator from another states and it seem they can only communicate with this Mableton Facility via e-mail. Still waiting for them to call us back.
Quick in and out.. like working with them no judgment and no bs just get you loaded with the product and gets you on the road... Thanks guys...
We have been a customer for nearly two years and never had poor service until last week (4/5) when a delivery and pick up of the empties was not made. My husband made a phone call the next day and the man on the other end had very bad broken english. My husband did receive an email from CS stating the delivery would be made that day (Friday) and literally 17 seconds later another email was received stating to ignore the first email! You arent allowed to respond to the email. Therefore, my husband called again and was told he would be receiving his delivery on April 17! The 17th?! That is totally unacceptable! There is no way of contacting a regional manager or anyone in charge to straighten this out. You can only speak to customer service and they cant do anything about your problem but only to say they are sorry and state when, perhaps, your delivery will be made. They have no control over deliveries. WHO IS?! We are going to see if the delivery is made and if not we will be contacting Fontis! That is not a threat but a fact! Customer service did tell us they were having delivery delays in our area, Dallas, GA! No kidding because my co-worker has been dealing with the non-delivery for 3 weeks! We are both looking into Fontis. Our employer cancelled their Crystal Springs service due to poor deliveries and are now using Fontis! Gee, wonder why? Hmmmm...thats a puzzle!

Do not waste your time! Once you sign up it takes almost 2 months to receive the water cooler and water. They not going to deliver what you order. And the water deliveries are horrible! They never come when they are suppose to. But yet they bill you for services you don’t even get! Over it! I really wish i could give them no stars at all.

Terrible customer serviceLong waits when calling in for service, can not provide pick up window time, and dont show up to appointments.When trying to schedule a pick up time, I was told they do not provide pick up windows, just 8-5 business day appointment. I was disappointed since my office is closed due to COVID19, but selected a day to have items picked up. The appointment was about two weeks out for the earliest pickup. I spent the entire day waiting for a pick up that never happened. I called in to see what was going on, and this time they gave me a 4 hr pick up window for the next day. I drove in and waited; no one came. Both times I was told the dispatch manager would call me and they never did.I called again today for my third attempt at scheduling a pick up and I have been waiting for a customer service rep for over 30 mins, but no one evidently is tasked with answering customer calls.I would highly recommend not using their service. You will be greatly disappointed with the lack of customer service and run around that you get.

This company fails to deliver water month after month (over four consecutive months). After cancelling service, they also wont pick up their equipment and empty water bottles.
I love the spring water, best taste around. I’ve been getting this water delivered to my home for > 10 years with rarely an issue and those few immediately corrected . The convenience can’t be beat. Delivery staff are communicative and helpful. I plan to continue this service for years to come. Give it a try!

Ran out of water numerous times because they did not deliver on time. Cancelled and they picked equipment up but continued to keep account open. I do not recommend.

DO NOT get involved with these terrible people, I had service with them and my route driver would leave the bottles of water sitting on the side of the road in front of my house 300FT from my house... When I tried to cancel my service they claimed he left 3 bottles of water the day he picked up my cooler and I am having a hard time getting them to drop the charges for service I never received

I love having Crystal Springs bring me water - they bottle it from a spring in North Georgia. The same spring I got with a pail 60 years ago. The taste is still the best in the land! And now they bring it to me. No more pails and dippers!!
They have the worst customer service of all water companies they overcharged me for renting me a cooler when I already have my own cooler also they never picked up my empty bottles to replenish me with water I spent one month calling back-and-forth talking to customer service and getting a run around I would never use this company ever again 👎🏽

Dont explain anything to a person who answers first when you call first. She or he is not a customer service but a robot; she or he will transfer your call to a Customer Specialist without any assistance or any comments... For that being said, no body in Crystal are liable or reliable. During my stay with Crystal for six years, I requested two or three times of customer services; they failed every single time. Very sad...the company name is brilliant but its service is simply the bottom.

Drivers: OTR Pickups. Line up outside of gate on road with doors open. Yard jockey will come up and tell you a door to back in to once one is available. After backing into door, go left to end of building and check in with shipping office. Door count starts from far end with 1. Fast loading even with a line of trucks.
Easy to find wait in street for yard man to tell you what door to get on.

I Unfortunately have been literally told now several times water would be delivered only to find out that it never is and the problem was because I pay and lump sum’s and my account was two days late $13! This small bottled water taste nasty what ever additives are in this water doesn’t taste good. Me and my coworkers have noticed a medicine like taste.

Crystal Springs Water is very inconsistent. I would blame it on their HIGH turn over rate. Our company has been using them over 8 years and 6 of them have been a headache. I believe we have had maybe 2 out of 12 drivers that serviced us consistently. Its been a mess outside of that.I must say the coffee service is superb! No complaints! Coffee selection is also great! Weve only had 2 service guys for the last 7 years and thats because one retired.
Ive been a faithful customer of Crystal Springs for 7 years. My problems with them are that they raise rates without warning, still charge an Energy Surcharge that was popular back when the gas prices hiked (5 years ago), change their delivery dates every 6 months or so and their customer service has no direct link to the delivery service so if there are any issues, it takes several days to get resolution. Theyll give you an updated calendar upon request. I do like that they have an automated phone system call you the day before delivery as a reminder. Im looking for other options now.
Unresponsive. Miss deliveries with no answers as to why. will not work to help you make up a missed delivery. No one will call you back. Customer service is unhelpful. Standard line is we do not know why and no one here can tell you why because we re in Florida. We cannot give you a phone number to talk to anyone.

Horrible service...they have been charging me for deliveries for 9 months and cleaning fee for maintaining the bottles. They havent made a delivery in the entire time they have been charging my company. I cant get through to anyone on the phone to shut down service or get them to send someone that will actually deliver the water!...The Mabelton location is a joke....reporting them to the BBB.
By me being a Lady if I happen to see when they deliver, the del. gentleman will bring the water inside for me.
Good place to pick up a load. About 45 minutes to get loaded. Heavy loads. QT about3miles away with scales.When u deliver mty plastic bottles wait outside on the drive way. Hustler is always there,he will tell you what to do and sign your paperwork. I am loving it when I deliver here. About 4 miles from the house. Good paying loads out of Sherman Tx.Mty plastic bottles. 2500-3000 pounds average weight.

DO NOT SET UP SERVICE! You will NOT receive the products you pay for. Out of ten deliveries, I have only received the 2 cases of water I have been paying for 4 times!!!! They continue to say its miscommunication and I will be reimbursed, but havent seen anything, yet! How can this be legal?! The driver lies on paperwork and pretends we receive the water!!!!

We only had the service for a couple months and had issues from day 1. We never received our start up when scheduled and didnt receive a phone call about why it didnt show up. Each time I called into a representative they told me they would have someone call me and that never happened. When delivery finally started, I would get a phone call the day before I was expecting a delivery to make sure the bottles were outside and almost every time I never got my delivery. When I called in to find out why, they said there was a routing issue but no one ever took the time out to call me to let me know. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Actually ZERO star for this company.No delivery since April. Dont show up for cooler maintenance. Canceled service beginning of July and they said pick up cooler and empty bottles on July 22nd. NO SHOW.Called back July 24th and guy said Oh they come pick up today! without asking my account information or address. NO SHOWAfter cancelled contract they still charge me cooler rental. I called bank report as fraud transaction.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Horrible customer service.. have to call them multiple times to refill water even though we are suppose to get a bi-weekly delivery.
If I could give them a negative --- we used them for 17+ yrs always paid on time --- they were inconsistent in delivering especially in the summer time --- when we moved and terminated our service --- our delivery driver, who never got a signature much less left a receipt when he delivered, picked up the bottles and cooler --- they show him getting the bottles and not the cooler ??? WTHECK and ask us to prove he picked it up --- If you can I would not use them or recommend them.
I have mold and things floating around in my unit. I have been here for over a year and half and my unit has never been cleaned.
