If I could give them 0 stars, I would 100 times. I have pawned here before numerous times and the wait is always ridiculous. The only knowledgeable Assosciate is Mrs. Cassie. I took a chain and pendant in and got a loan close to $3,000 in September. Took the exact same chain in and they would not accept it. I showed them where they cut it previously and even pointed out the manager that approved the loan. They cut my chain a total of 6 more times because the first assosciate tried multiple times and couldn’t get a good cut and used the wrong product for testing. Tried to tell me my chain was brass. Their gold testing materials were very dirty and my chain was 14k and they used 18k acid on it. They handed me the chain back with acid still on it and it burned my finger. I took it right down the road to Gold and Pawn and had it tested and it passed right away. WILL NOT BE BACK. They just lost a customer that they made a lot of money off of due to their poor customer service. They talk to you like you’re worth nothing and even the managers were rude. Do not pawn here.

The line is always, always, always long and very few staff members working. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Picked up my TV today got it home and its damaged. The associate was talking so much she never plugged it up and turned it on to show me it was working in the condition I brought it to them. They have slow service its ridiculous. They better replace my television or give me my money back because the condition my TV is in if it was like this when I brought it in they wouldnt have taken it i n. Im am totally disappointed.

I bought a bracelet 14k gold very heavy from a very well respected jeweler paid over $2500 and the person at this pawnshop said it was fake lol what a joke dont trust this place they have no knowledge what so ever about gold

Came here made a pawn paid my renewals was quoted Joe said a certain amount then when I bought the money in to get my property they changed the amount! Watch your business transitions transactions they are baiting and hooking. Stealing!!!!!!!!
