The company I work for has had a long standing relationship with Withers. The quality of work is second to none and they are willing to work with you if you need a job done quickly at the last moment. We either do the metal work ourselves or we go to Withers. There is no third option.

Owner is childish. Does not treat people equally. Different rules for different people. Below average pay for most employees. Company has been around for 100 years with no real improvement to work environment. No air conditioning for summer. Still using mainly HSS for drilling because machines don’t have through coolant. Very disorganized shop. Spend more time looking for tooling/tool holders/collets than actually making chips. Company needs to improve in work environment, machining capabilities, and attitude of management. I do not recommend working there.
