Wow just wow… ok first of the website said you had this product I was looking for and I came to the store and ask the guy on the front counter Chris for the product and where it was at. He begin to tell me the product doesn’t exist and I need to leave the store… are you serious? I’m going to talk to corporate about this.

Seriously, if I could give zero or negative stars, I really would. Old man maybe mid 60s in age with the mustache was INCREDIBLY rude. Extremely unprofessional and somebody you DON’T want as an employee. Just because you are having a bad day, doesn’t mean you can be disrespectful to customers.I would have given this auto parts store my support but seeing how this employee talked to me like he did, and he refused to even help me, I definitely won’t be back and I’ll let my family and friends know to not go here for any needs. Obviously it’s too hard to read a scanner if he needs a customer to do it for him.

Within a minute of entering I was approached by a staff member who asked what I needed. He quickly found the windshield wiper blades I was looking for and completed the sale. I would recommend them most highly!

The gentleman with the long hair at front desk was very rude. Just asked a few simple questions and gave me 1 word answers or acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Asked for assistance and was basically ignored. Put down products I intended to buy and walked out.

Quick service. Knowledgeable staff. Our vehicle uses either 300mm or 260mm rotors and it was trial and error. Returns were quick and easy.

Theres been a couple times now Ive been unable to find a part or tool at the other major parts store in town and advanced has had the item I needed. I need to start checking here first instead when I need something.

Didnt have the exact oil I was looking for, and the guy attempting to help me was rude. I asked a simple question and instead of answering he said nothing and stormed off to one of the shelves to get something I didnt request

I ALWAYS shop around for the best price and see if autozone can match the price. Close and convenient.

I rented the caliper press for $130. I paid cash. They cannot return bc they dont have enough cash. I had the thing for 2 hrs and now you have no cash in the drawer. I will never shop here again. Now Im stuck with this caliper press that ur suppose to rent for free

Very picked over when I went

I needed to replace the read wiper blades for my SUV. I went to Autozone and they told me I would have to go to the dealer. I stopped by Advance Auto Parts and they not only had the wiper blade, but also installed it for me. Thanks a lot!
