Been to this location twice in the last month, had a nail in one of my new tires, which was 100% covered under the Discount Tire extra warranty I initially purchased. Zero hassle, replaced same day! I called Matt at the Macedonia location at 5:20 this evening. Just asking to see if they had anything in stock. He ask what type of car and said bring it up. Closing at 6:00 I figured drop it off and get it tomorrow. Matt had his team jump on it right away. He had 4 techs working on it and they stayed after they were.closed to finish the job. That is customer service at its finest!! Great job to Matt and his team.

Friendly and professional staff, I had a large rim and tire set up on m truck and even still only an hour and a half from start to finish! Very happy with the service I will most definitely be a repeat customer. Evan and Matt were both thorough and made me feel like a valued customer.

We were on a road trip 500 miles from home when we discovered one of our tires losing air and plans scheduled for the evening. Our tires were purchased from a Discount Tire and we were happy to find out we could book an appt here 90 minutes out. We showed up and they had removed the drill bit that punctured the tire and patched it within an hour even though they were pretty busy. Fantastic customer service and now weve driven back home on the tire and it has held up great so it appears the work was well done too. Absolutely perfect experience given the situation!

I had an amazing experience today at the Discount Tire in Macedonia. Had just been treated so rudely at the Walmart tire across the street so I wasn’t expecting much more at 5:30 during such a busy time of the day. Evan greeted me and took care of me right away with such great customer service! I expected to wait a lot longer than I did too! Barely had time to grab something to eat next door and off I went with 4 great new tires! Kudos to Evan and the whole discount tire team!

Great Experience!!Dealt with Gene. I was looking to purchase wheels and tires. Between so many options, and potential stock issues, he was patient while I found what I wanted. Gene got them ordered, arrived quickly, and was cheaper than I was able to find online. Which is great, as it’s always best to deal with a local store if possible, in case their are warranty claims. The install went great, the techs treated my truck as if it was their own. They were courteous, and treated me like I was a loyal customer, even though it was my first purchase. Called for a tire warranty inspection etc, the clerk who answered the phone proceeded to rush me off the phone and told me to “get the app” I suggested that I make a appointment over the phone. The kid never came back I literally set on hold 45+ mins just for the call to be disconnected. I will never do business with this location and would suggest the same thing to others until this behavior is fix.

Made an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early. Waited in line for 10 minutes, got a better price than I did over the phone. Left the keys and my phone number, walked down the block to eat, browsed another store for a few minutes then the text came in to let me know my car was ready. I always go to Discount Tire, this makes my 6th full set.

This place is great! The staff are awesome! It’s very structured and they will make sure you leave with a smile on face! Every dollar spent was worth it! These guys know tires and rims, my Queen and I were looking for some new bmw rims and tires and they made sure we got what we were looking for and then some. They went above and beyond to get us what we needed and gave us great knowledge of what we shopped for. I missed my 9 o’clock appointment because I went to another location in the same city of aurora Ohio and when I got there they still got me in and out under 30 mins instead of rescheduling now how awesome is that! You can’t beat that and let me tell you these guys move fast it’s like an assembly line filled with a great team! I had to tip the guys who assembled our rims and tires and I encourage others to do so as well, they are that good! Oh and let me say I didn’t tip because I was late, when you get great service as we did, why not show some gratitude!And last but not least the final product looks amazing on our bmw, no question’s ask we will most definitely be a long lasting customer! Bought tires a few months back. Kept getting low tire pressure. Stopped in with no appt and was seen right away. Had a nail in my tire. They fixed it and sent me on my way in about 30 mins. Didnt have to pay anything! Great service!

They took care of a flat tire professionally in a timely manner and honored the hazard warranty. Great service! In addition, the guys who repaired the tire (not sure if they fixed it or replace it with a new one) seem to be professional and nice!

Ron at Discount Tire gave us stellar customer service. We traveled an hour to pick up our tires and when we arrived they could only find 2 of the 4 tires. The computer showed them in stock but they were at a different location about 20 min away. Ron gave us gas money to go get the other tires at the other store since we drove from out of town. I cannot say enough about this Discount Tire. Not that I have utilized any other location. But the folks here have always been courteous, even during these trying times. My family and extended family have purchased close to a dozen sets of tires from this location for 5 separate vehicles. Prices are very competitive, even against online-only retailers. Installation or tire changes are done quickly, within the time they guesstimate. I will continue to use this location for my familys tire needs for as long as I can foresee.

I had a set of tires mounted on new rims. The old rims where to be shipped back to the manufacturer. They broke one of the tpms changing them out for a set of there tpms that they sold me and didntsay a word about it.i found out that I didnt need new ones they just needed to program them to my truck.long story short the parts being sent back to the manufacturer for reimbursement will be alot less from the damage they caused and never said anything about. They just packed everything up like there was nothing wrong. Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone .had to have wheels redone somewhere else.

I bought 4 new tires. One of my tpms sensors didnt read after. I took it back, they took off my tire and the tpms sensort read. They put it back on. Still didnt work. I went back today ready to pay for a new sensor. They comped it to free because they felt bad i had to come back so many times. Great service. This is ecaxtly.why I bought my tires from them. This wasnt the first time they helped me out for free. They have even patched one of my tires in the past for free. Ill buy my next set from them too. Thanks guys.

Great service and pricing.

I had a Mercedes ML350 that wandered over the road and odd vibrations at various speeds. I brought in the car to balance the tires. They balanced the tires for free. They found a defect in a tire that would not balance. We called Michelin and they offered me an 88% credit toward new tires. I ordered 4 new Michelin Cross Climate SUV tires. They required days to deliver, I went home on my original defective tires. On the way home, I had an unfortunate meeting of a curb and took a chunk out of one of my tires. I went back to Discount Tire and they gave me a tire to use until my new tires arrived. I now have my new Michelin Cross Climates. My car tracks where I point it and sticks to the road. Theyre probably the best tires Ive ever had. Better than Michelin LTX, Michelin HP tour, Bridgestone Alenza. Cross Climate is odd, like a shrunken tractor tire. But I can feel an instant connection to the road I did not have before.

I feel like I should get all my tires here from now on. The service was excellent, they put a set of tires on my truck in about an hour despite being super busy, and the price I was quoted over the phone, they held to that when I got there. To give you an idea, I called tire rack for the price of a set of four. Tire rack quoted me $764 before taxes and shipping. Discount tire has those exact same tires and I got them for $606 out the door installed.

I WILL NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!!! They sell you on the idea that they will service you for the life of the tire. Little did I know that that slogan is nothing more than a predatory sales pitch. I go to have my tires rotated and balanced, which they claim they do for the life of the tire. I arrive, and they give me some BS excuse that b/c the tread is a certain depth, they can no longer perform this service, trying to sell me another set of tires, when clearly all I wanted was for them to honor their service after sale. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have pulled my family as well as my corporate account and will NEVER DO BUSINESS with them ever again!!!

I took my truck to have the tires rotated because the first place I went was not able to break the lug nuts on all 4 tires. All of the gentlemen that were at the counter to help were super nice and understanding, they said it would not be an issue and they got me in right away. I will definitely be returning there for all my future tire needs! They also do trailer tires!
