Was trying to find ink refills for my old pens. 4 employees standing around. No hellos, no offer to help. Then at check out, I asked if I could give 4 quarters for a dollar...and was told no because people like you try to steal. Further clarification was people who pay with a 50 or 100.So think of this level of customer service? No help. No politeness. High on accusations. Go elsewhere. Order online. Skip this location, as most people do.

Recently I made my wedding invitations with OfficeMax. The associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They came out perfect and were finished beyond my expectations. Highly recommended

WHAT A JOKE, GO ELSEWHERE. Stopped in THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS to ship something via FedEx. Stood in line 10+ minutes @ general check out since no one @ the FedEx desk. After finally getting through line, am told to wait @ the FedEx desk. A different employee approached me and said sorry, the person who does this is out to lunch. I asked for the Manager. She said she was the Manager and didnt know how to do it. How ignorant. If you value customer service go elsewhere. No wonder this Office Max is a ghost town.

The change in print shop management over the last year has resulted in a serious decline in customer service. Though I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, I take my business to other locations. Though the drive is 20-30 minutes longer, I’m greeted by friendly employees who do a great job without any aggravation and that makes it worth the time.

I had a need for some quick printing of a report for a meeting. These folks caught an error on my order and got it to me earlier than the emailed estimate. So very thankful!

Recently purchased an otter box for under $14 here and found some awesome clearance school supplies on my trip. Sidney and the other man who helped me were great.

Stopped by to send a fax for my dad. Regina was working in the print center today and was absolutely unhelpful. She acted like she didnt want to help me when I had problems with the fax machine, she did her best to avoid helping myself, and another patron who also was having trouble with the machine. I found it offensive and odd that Regina was bright, cheerful and laughing jovially as she helped a white customer. Myself and the other patron attempting to fax today are black - she was cold and indifferent toward us and it showed. I wont be using these services at the Macedonia location ever again.

Stopped in to get HP ink cartridges, shelves were bare. Decided to purchase office max brand. While in check out line. Lone cashier was waiting on difficult customer disagreeing on return. Never acknowledged that I was waiting and with that I decided not to make the purchase, instead I left disappointed in the service or lack of.purchasem

Everyone in the store has always been more than courteous and helpful! I love these people! Special accolades go to Sue for trying to explain the bonus rewards program to me and how to get the extra discounts!

Found what I looking for, good price but no employees on the floor. I went to brick and mortar because I wanted to SEE the magnification on the lamp - cant do that online. But mag lamps were displayed in such a way to prevent an in store trialI mentioned all this to the check out person. His response was, do you want the receipt In the bag?

Anything they have at OfficeMax can be purchased online for less. The one thing they can provide that the internet can not provide is customer service. Sadly, the one thing that can make me show up in their store to make my purchase, is non-existent and when an employee is approached for help, they make it clear that I am really bothering them. Goodbye corporate retail, hello Amazon - that amazingly, provides better customer service than live employees at OfficeMax.

Dont use them for printing! I work from home and often send things out to pick up later. The last time I came here, I waited 3 hours for my pick up time only to be greeted by a lazy rep who said didnt someone call you? Our color printer is down. Might be ready in a few days. My meeting was the next day. I now drive 20 minutes away to Fed Ex where I havent been repeatedly disappointed.

This OfficeMax in Macedonia was very helpful with all questions about my electronic devices. I had three devices...and there were three people. Top notch customer service.

Often out of toner needed. I can order it but wont get the contract price w my Retail Connect. After a weeks delay I stopped in to check-no toner. The employee suggested I go to Best Buy.

Low quality! l dropped my package 3 days ago, it still waiting to be scanned in fedex, l called a few times, made me hold for 10 mins. nobody even said ‘sorry’, they assured me it would be shipped today! but nope they didn’t! and nobody have taken the responsibility! it is just ridiculous! usps is best! higher quality!!!!

No one who works here was trained on customer service. One guy gave me a half smile and as I went to approach him for help, he scurried away. The lady at the print shop avoided eye contact. Place is a horcrux.

Great customer service but prices are outrageous

Usually the FedEx shipping area is a little slow but this time a chick was on the phone paying for something with her credit card, knew I was standing there and ignored me. Then another girl walks up to the girl on the phone as she hangs up and they proceed to discuss the first girls credit card. Thats when I had to interrupt them. A lesson in customer service wouldnt hurt with these girls.

I called to ask a question about them having a fax machine. Guy was VERY rude and ignorant with an attitude and hung up on me after the fact. I should have gotten his name. Nope I’ll never go there! Not if that’s how their employees are

I am on disability and it is hard for me to walk...it would have been nice to have an electric chair
