Ordered replacement window back in March. Installer messed up first attempt. Ordered a new one. That 1 did not fit, same size as first. This installer said Factory ignored new size spec. Ordered again. Called October 11th and was told install manager was going to be doing himself and would call me within 24 hours to arrange because window was ready. Never heard from him. Called again November 1st (yesterday). They had Sierra call me and she told me it will be another 3 weeks before window comes from factory. Champion, you got my number already. I appreciate your response to my review but at this point you got my contact info you should call me. You asked me to call but is there someone I need to ask for?

Jack our salesman was amazing. He really took his time working with us to finalize our home improvement project. If you really need and want quality windows this is the company to use. Champion has a customer for life!!

After shopping around and learning about Champion we chose them to replace three windows in our home. The windows are beautiful and such high quality. We could tell the difference within an hour of installation when we didnt have a draft coming in anymore. It was worth the wait for custom measured windows. The installer was very profession and did a great job getting everything to fit correctly. From sales, to expert measuring and then install we were very happy and plan on using Champion again for future installs.

We bought a house that had Champion Windows already installed so we decided to go with them for our renovations. We contacted them and they came out and sold us on buy 2 get one free but we only needed one at that time. They told us the next two could be made now and installed when we wanted in the future. The first window in the bedroom was ok. Fast service but the flashing was very crooked and had to have them come back out to get it fixed. They came pretty quick and we were happy.Fast forward a year and we were ready for the next 2 windows. I Called and they said no one from the time that deal was made still works here so they dont think theyre obligated to install them. Obviously I was angry and eventually got them to come out because we threatened a lawyer and our contract had it in writing. They said they couldnt come out for over a month which was inconvenient but understandable.Day of installation I had to call to get a time frame theyd be here, they were almost 3 hours late and my father in-law had to wait for him since I was at work. My father in-law tells me it started raining so they didnt finish and I have to call to reschedule. I called and they said they couldnt come out for another month plus... we currently have open siding and no waterproofing into our kitchen walls. Obviously that cant stay that was for a month. I was then transferred and had to leave a voice-mail.I get home and the windows is visibly crooked. I put a level on it and it is over a 1/4 over 36. The irony is the installer called me to tell me my framing was not level (I triple checked and knew it was right). If you look st the window in the rough opening, all he had to do was center it and it would have been square and level, instead the top right and bottom left corner are jammed tight against the studs.Now I have a crooked window, exposed insulation and studs on the exterior of my house and no one can come fix it for about 40 days of spring rain.By the way their buy two get one free was almost $4k for this type of customer service and workmanship through all of this, not once have I spent less that 15 minutes on hold trying to speak to someone about this process.

Our salesman/specialist was Richie: Richie provided a thorough presentation of the window products available for our situation and he was very polite. He brought cutaway samples of Champion and competitor windows to show the differences in quality. I thought this was helpful in being able to better understand what goes into a Champion window. He also accessed our window needs and provided a great quote for the amount of work detailed. He was fair with price and worked to get us to a number that was very reasonable given the cost of windows. We had a positive experience meeting with Richie to discuss our window needs and were also impressed with the products we saw.

Mike was phenomenal. He was professional down to earth and extremely informative. Her was able to answer all questions and knew his product well. He was also able to compare his product to competitors. Not only did we talk about the differences but he actually showed us the differences. It was very helpful to see the product you are getting. Definitely worth while visit. So glad we scheduled and got teamed up with Mike.

Good luck getting anyone to follow up or schedule an appointment. First appointment was scheduled and they cancelled on me. I tried to reach out and get back on the measure schedule, and no luck. If it’s this hard to get someone to return a phone call and come look at a potential project, just imagine how tough it may be to get them to finish a job or come back for warranty items.

Called Tuesday to schedule a quote to replace an existing sunroom. No appointments available, so rep was going to have local office contact me. 3 days later, still no contact from Champion. If it’s this hard to schedule a quote, why would I trust this company with an expensive project? I have major concerns over Champion’s professionalism and commitment to service.

BEWARE Of this company!! They offer discounts for giving positive google reviews which is a HUGE red flag!! Before doing business please notice all positive ratings are before install of any windows. I purchased in September and still not installed. Asked to cancel and wants to charge 30% restocking fee! This is the worst experience ever. Terrible Terrible Company! Do yourself a favor purchase from any other window company!!!

John Marcelli presented the products to me. His presentation was very professional. It covered all key features of champion windows vs those of other chains. I was impressed with Champion quality, especially the feature that reduces draft due to the depth of the window when it sits in the sill. (Ask John - I am probably messing that up, but it is a good feature. In another house I had replacement Anderson windows, and drafts were an issue). He made it easy to make the decision to use Champion. I am quite confident with my decision. Thanks, John!

Update: The window installation was promised in one day (by more than one person) and it took more than two weeks. Contractor was two hours+ late on multiple occasions. I had to call the project rep to get an update at one point. The contractor was on multiple projects at once and needed more than 3 people total for this particular job. The whole driveway was shining because of glass fragments after the job was done. However, the contractor installed the windows correctly. Champion still hasn’t called me to see if I like my windows. For as expensive as these are, I would have at least liked a follow-up call. I need 11 more windows done, and I’m not likely to go through them again.John Marcelli was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the sales process. I chose Champion Windows because he was punctual, professional and made the whole process a pleasant experience. I look forward to posting pictures of our finished windows.

Just finished a visit with sales representative Mike Dutton. This was our 5th visit from 5 different window replacement companies. Mike was by far my favorite sales representative. I simply cannot say enough positive things about his style. Mike was like having a good friend stop by to help us sort out the conundrum of this endeavor.... It was a great educational experience without any strings attached. He was consistently patient and attentive the entire visit. If I was to choose a company based on the sales representative alone, Mike would be chosen, hands down...... We have not made a final decision yet because thats the way I operate. I will thoroughly review all 5 companies and take my time with this. Its tempting to give Mike the sale because of him, but I must step back and choose the best product for my needs. Our sliding glass door handle fell off in my husband’s hand. No big deal- it happens. Called several weeks ago for service. Didn’t hear anything for more than 48 hours, so I called again. She said she could see the ticket, but they were backed up due to COVID. Understandable. I even asked if I could just purchase the parts and we would do the service. She said she let them know.It’s been weeks and I haven’t been contacted by the company for the service call to even acknowledge it or to try to schedule something.I have, however, received marketing material to purchase more windows.Responsiveness to sales calls from the reviews seems great! However, if a company can’t respond to a service call (and a paying one at that because we are the second owners), then I feel it’s my responsibility to let people know.

Purchased a home with Champion Windows. A couple of years later, we have seal issues with 3 sashes. We called Champion to discuss the possibility of them replacing a bay window (the only windows in the house that are not Champion) and replacing the 3 sashes that have leaks. The salesman Andy came out to give us a quote on the bay window and told us that the sashes are covered under the Lifetime Warranty (even though we were not the original homeowner) and would submit the sashes to get replaced immediately. Fast forward over a month later...We decided not to do the bay window at this time and now trying to get them to do the 3 replacement sashes has been a nightmare. The salesman never submitted the sashes for replacement. Worked with a Tracy in Customer Service who was supposed to get in contact with Andy and see what is going on with the replacements, then never got a call back after over a week. So I have called back myself and it is like I am starting back from the beginning with explaining everything. Working with Sarah in Customer Service now, and while she has been nice, she is completely beholden to Andy getting back to her. We will see if we ever get a response or if we will have to call back again and go through this another time.Because of all this, when we do decide to replace the bay window, I will be extremely hard pressed to even consider Champion due to this service. Be careful when using them, they are eager to put in new windows, but getting those replacements for faulty windows is a nightmare.

I have had 6 different companies come out and give me estimates on getting 16 total windows and 1 door replaced for my house. They are way too pushy and their gimmicks to offer sales and 1 time deals is outrageous. There windows that we had them price out were just like the other companies since we wanted to give every company a fair shot at earning our business so it was comparing apples to apples for everyone. They started at $35,000 as the quote and when he saw the looks on our faces he knew it was an outrageous price. Then he said that he would contact his sales manager to see if we could get a better deal. So he called him and put us on speaker phone and he offered us a discount to bring it down to $17,500. This right away let us know that they are marking this up a lot and that they are probably getting away with this to a lot of people whom are not during their due diligence and pricing out their project with multiple companies. So we said that we needed to think about it and can we get back to them tomorrow. THE SALES MANAGER SAID NO THIS DEAL IS ONLY GOOD RIGHT NOW IF WE SIGN THE PAPERS. This was the dumbest thing that I had ever head of and I work in sales and know the game but this was extreme and pushy. Go ahead and have them come out and give you an estimate on windows but dont schedule them 1st schedule them last and then you will be able to see the difference. Every other company gave us pricing and there was no pushy sign now or that pricing is going away.

Weve used Champion to replace the old vinyl windows in our home (installed sometime in the 1980s.) Weve been very satisfied to date (from the beautiful bay window in front that replaced a leaking picture window) to the windows throughout our home. Theyre beautiful, easy to open and easy to clean. The house is noticeably more comfortable.Were now finishing up the last 3 old windows in our home. Making an appointment was easy - they were able to accommodate our schedules and come out early on a Saturday morning (9 a.m.)We worked with Andy, whod helped us with previous purchases. He was quick and efficient, worked with us to make sure we got the proper windows (it had been a few years between purchases), explained the various discounts and financing options, and explained the next steps. This took a little under an hour - Andy is friendly, efficient and helpful (not at all pushy.)Were looking forward to completing the last of our window replacements and would recommend Champion (and Andy!) if youre looking for windows.We were a little concerned when Championrelocated their showroom (its now about 45 minutes away) - this turned out to be a non-issue as the level of service hasnt change a bit.Do yourself a favor and check out Champion when replacing windows. Youll be glad you did!

We needed to replace an original sliding door and kitchen garden window and of course called Champion for a quote. I called on a Tuesday to get appointment scheduled and it was set up for Thursday which was very timely. I had a whole house done with their windows, then about three years ago I put on a large four season sunroom. Since then I have had issues with condinsation on the walls and ceiling, which is causing mold. I called the first part of March about the problems that Im experiencing with my sunroom and utility room window. They came out before Covid happened to check out the problems. They said they would get back to me but they never did! I called again in late April and have called 3 more times talking to someone and leaving messages with them about the followup. TO THIS DAY NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Jake was super knowledgable, thorough, friendly, and patient. He took his time and really listened to what I wanted and made helpful recommendations - and never tried to upsell me. Would highly recommend!Update: reducing my original rating. My window was installed and they did a beautiful job. The installation crew was super friendly and professional and I am happy with the quality of the window. After the installation, I realized it didnt have the prairie grid I ordered. Neither Jake nor the company returned my calls regarding the incorrect window.
