Every time weve gone to Don Basch Jewelers they have exceeded our expectations. We have been looking for cross necklaces for our family but I hadnt found one that I like. They took the time to show me everything that they have available in-store and also to order. They were able to help me find a chain and cross for both myself and my son. It took only one or two days to get in. When picking them up, they gift wrapped my sons and they remembered certain items that we were looking for and were able to help me match up across from my daughter. And talking they discovered that my wife had been wanting a mothers ring and help me find one thats suited her perfectly. Again, it took only a couple days to get in and everything was gift wrapped and beautiful. They all work together amazingly and far exceeded our expectations. I had safety backs put on my Diamond studs. The service was great. I was told it would take about a week and my earrings were ready early in fact I got them back in four days! They didn’t know this but one pair of those studs are one of the last gifts from my late husband of 35 years. He passed in April and I really wanted to make sure that I would not lose them. My wife dropped a pair of diamond stud earrings (her favorites) in the sink at a hotel. I managed to disconnect the trap but could only recover one. The Basch Jeweler rep (Marissa) was meticulous in her approach to procure a replacement. So much so that she special ordered a stone twice to assure a match. Don Basch was recommended to me by friends while I was attending their wedding. They had a custom engagement ring made, and they loved it. I live very out of state, so I was skeptical of the logistics, but while I was in town I stopped by the Medina location. The staff was super friendly and helped walk me through the custom engagement ring process. We looked at diamonds, they explained grading scales, it was a fun and exciting experience, not stressful at all. We decided on some stones and a custom design, and they even gave me a few days to think it over. Within a week of deciding to move forward, they emailed me a first draft of the ring. Because most of our communications were by email, the process may have taken a little longer than average, but the design staff was patient with me and always willing to take a phone call if I preferred that to an email. They also took lots of pictures and video to make sure I was comfortable with how the finished ring looked. Once it was complete, they over-nighted the finished ring (along with some chocolates) and I was able to surprise my fiance while we were taking holiday photos. She loves her ring, she cant stop staring at it. It came out just the way we wanted, and its truly our ring because its one of a kind. Im a somewhat difficult customer and I walked away from this feeling very happy with the way things turned out. I would absolutely recommend contacting Don Basch, whether you live in the Cleveland area or a few time zones away.

When my finger healed and the swelling was finally down, they sized my rings and soldered them together. My rings look better than the day they were purchased!! I just wanted to tell anyone who might want to know, that my fiance and I had a fantastic experience at Don Basch Jewelers in Macedonia and as far as Im concerned, theyre the only jeweler I will patronize. We went to see Donny Basch right after we got engaged at Christmas. He helped us design EXACTLY the ring that my girl wanted. He showed us lots of options, took the time to explain all the intricacies of the whole 4-Cs of diamond lore, made us feel comfortable and never pressured us or tried to upsell us to something else. We had about three meetings over a month, in order to give Donny a chance to present our custom design, and my fiance now has her PERFECT ring. As far as im concerned, with this level of personal service, I have found my person jeweler for any purchase I will ever make. So dont fall into the trap of the big box jewelry houses. I have a Skagen watch which has been difficult in the past to replace a battery. I took this watch to Don Basch Jewelers. They had difficulty with the watch because the back of the watch wouldnt seal. They sent it to Skagen to be repaired. The watch had to be returned to them because Skagen was unable to resolve the difficulty. The jeweler replaced the entire watch casing at no charge to me.If you want an honest jeweler and one who cares about the customer, this is the one to support.A big thanks to everyone there who took care of my watch.
