Very good overall experience because of quality people, best price, and smart shipping. I bought two echo attachments and both arrived damaged by FedEx, no fault of RCPW. I asked them to send me two new attachments to replace the ones I refused because of the damage. They wouldnt send replacements until the damaged ones arrived back to them. I asked for a refund and they provided it that day. Days later after continuing to search for a same or better price, I reordered from RCPW and received the items in great shape through UPS. Smart move by the shipping department. Ill definitely buy from them again
I purchased an item from RCPW and received it 2 days later, very fast shipping and order processing. I had a small issue with the order but they provided superb customer service and made it right. I will be returning for sure. The shipping notification was a little delayed so that’s an area to improve upon but none the less it was a very positive experience.

These guys are GREAT. I have been ordering from them for about 4 years now. There prices are in line with some retailers and better that some online dealers. Shipping is always fast and for smaller items shipping is usually free. Another nice feature is if a part has been discontinued by the manufacturer they will list an alternative if available. Two thumbs up!!!

I sent in 8 chainsaw chains to be sharpened. RCPW advertised that they have the latest sharpening equipment and that the chains would come back Samurai Sword Sharp. In reality, they came back butter knife sharp instead. They are more dull now than when I sent them in. I tried a few and they were all bad. So not only am I out the time and money, I had to buy $200 worth of new chains to use while I wait to get the chains RCPW sharpened re-sharpened elsewhere.

They STINK!!!!!! Placed an order on Wednesday with 2 day shipping they never contacted us to tell us it was on back order and was 7-10 days out . We called and the clueless agent told us they didnt know until today and planned to contact us but had not as of yet. We needed this part right away and clearly not getting it anytime. They told us they have no idea whats in stock or not, they dont inventory anything, they are simply a middle man!!!!!! Price was reasonable but is it worth dealing with fools to save a couple bucks and having to wait longer than normal. They are the worst and they refused to expedite the order for making a mistake by not contacting us or advertising not in stock, back order etc. WORST PLACE EVER

Was not good. There prices were high and they sent me the wrong part. I used their website to look up the part and it have me the wrong one. The company wanted to charge a restocking fee and make me pay shipping both ways and their shipping was high.
Such a fiasco. cant be bothered to process credit cards like a real business. Needs paypal which is a garbage company and a headache to use the prefered payment method chosen by scammers and hackers and sellers who dont have an incorporated business. Their whole operation is a mess and theyll cancel your order AFTER confirming it, (its actually amusing to call and ask them what they think the purpose of a *confirmation* email is. wont call the number they requested to have, to let you know theyve cancelled your order. Youll find out when calling them a week after they confirmed your purchase that they canceled it. American express is fine with my purchase, but this company cant grasp the most basic aspects of eccomerce and dealing with them will likely cost your more time and money and headaches than their savings are worth. Ive yet to receive a single thing from them despite 2 purchases.

This company is very unprofessional, do not buy from this company, I ordered an item Jan 4th with free shipping, then 4 days later they emailed me saying it’s 2 weeks backed order, then 3 weeks past and no communication from them, so I emailed them and they said, oh give me another week and I’ll send you a confirmation number, still no communication after a week, I finally get a call from Steve saying your item finally arrived however you need to pay additional delivery charge, I couldn’t believe what Steve said to me, when i originally placed the order, Shipping and charge where included, and now he tells me after a month of waiting I have to pay an additional charge ....I said no way and send me A FULL REFUND.......very unprofessional, beware buyers
Online order form has an issue with credit card information not being transferred to the shipping department. The order gets cancelled without valid credit card.
