Great place to buy craft supplies. Usually have sale on yarn. If you sign up for emails Michaels sends you coupons regularly. The staff is always friendly.

Very helpful staff. I had a very friendly employee literally walk me through the store showing me all three areas for exacto knives and explaining which were best for specific activities.

Decent but the shelves were pretty bare & the wedding selection was really lacking. Tons of stuff for your Cricket or cutting machines though!

Michaels was clean, And organised. I waz in-and-out quickly. Very few people. Masks worn by the employees, but not necessary for entrance.

I love your stores and your amazing staff! As a disabled senior I knew I would have to be helped to navigate. Barbara was the first employee I saw: I asked for assistance and she immediately dropped what she was doing to help.I had my list and I shared it with her. She read it and off we went! She found everything i wanted, helped with several choices based on price and quality, and did it all with a smile (she was wearing a mask, but I could see the smile in her eyes!).Gail was also very pleasant and friendly at the checkout. I have, among many other things, limited vision. She gladly explained the store email sign up and did the work of input for me.It was a great shopping experience for a getting older gentleman by the name of john Kirkpatrick of Rockford, IL. Ill be back!

Super cool place. Was upset of the lack of markers. Paint, you got it. Pencils, you got it. Color crayons, you got it. Flowers, you got it. Markers..... not to much. But they have awesome hello decor.

Made a pickup order this morning. I got the message confirming my order was ready. I go to the store, park in the designated spot, and use the app to confirm I was ready for someone to bring out the order.Nobody came out after 10 minutes, so I called. I was told they would bring it right out; you already know what happened next. Nobody came out after 15 minutes from the phone call. Ive waited 25 minutes total, I go in the store, and approach the pick up counter. Nobody was there, so I press the I would like assistance button, and was shortly thereafter approached by an associate.She was immediately snappy at me, clearly annoyed that I pressed the button. I told her I was there for an order, I gave her my last name but she said it wasnt there. We checked under a different name, and sure enough it was there. I apologized for my mistake and she proceeded to scold me about the pickup name and the name on the billing address (which evidently is the name they use for your order, NOT THE ACTUAL NAME IN THE SLOT THAT SAYS PICK UP PERSON) do not match and that i need to fix it. I showed her my phone, where it clearly states that I am the person that purchased the order, I am the pickup person for the order, and my confirmation code; she didnt want to hear it.She then made the assumption that someone bought my items for me and that they didnt put the correct name for the pickup person down on the order.Total bummer of a trip. I love Michaels and have shopped for them for 15+ years. However, I dont need to be reprimanded nor talked down to at the store that takes hundreds of my dollars every year. I think Ill take a break and give Joann a visit.Ps- She also wasnt wearing a mask. Real nice 👌

This store has very nice faux flowers for my Grandparents gravestone, always in stock and beautiful! I just saved 70% on a very nice one! Tip: look up on wall in far corner

Michaels has Saturday crafts for kids that my daughter and friends always enjoy. They have always been $5 or less. This summer they have had many different kinds of slime.I love shopping at Michaels, but it always costs me too much money! I am grateful for the coupons on their app., because I always forget my paper one.

So many things on sale-wasnt sure where to START looking around! I could spend hours in there just looking at the wide selections! Staff was very helpful and courteous. Store was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderfully of pumpkin spice!!! I walked right into a beautiful Autumn setting!

Last year my buddy bought a pink Christmas tree from here and I wanted to get her some matching ornaments. These were perfect! Even though the holidays brought in loads of people into the store, the associates were calm and helpful!

I when into Michaels to buy beads . And glue wire I couldnt find a wire I needed so ask young lady who work their .and with a bright smile she said yes ! And she did .love here help and how is she preceded herself with kindness and a smile like she wanted to help I wish I got her name it was in Machesney Park cute little girl thank you and if I get her name I will drop her name because she was very kind Im 62 and I walk with a walker very helpful to me saved my steps

Came for an emergency gift for moms birthday and ended up with six! What an amazing store with courteous employees and a vast and unique array of products from home decoration and seasonal supplies to arts and crafts. I highly recommend a stop in for all who are interested😀

This particular store has a limited stock than the one on E. State Street. Since I am typically looking for baking supply items not craft items, I rarely if ever find what I am looking for. They do have a large selection of craft and art supplies though.

This is my favorite Michaels. I always find inspiring things to do. If you need help theres always someone close by. They are all very helpful and cheerful. For those who have allergies when it comes to stores that have scents and sprays this one does not bother me at all. And I am highly sensitive to that and lights

My daughters and I always find fun things to take and make. Check for coupons online before you go! They offer a teachers discount if you show your current ID. With as much money as I spend here on my students, its greatly appreciated!

At store about 11am, too few people working floor. Old store layout was more customer friendly. Employees do very well with customers but are overwhelmed. Take care of your staff and they will take care of patrons.

Awesome...had exactly what I wanted on sale!

Had nothing I needed. Not the dark brown pom pom balls for my ornaments. Nor the tan ones either. Or the small push on clothespins I needed for my reindeer ornaments. Or the sizes of the styrofoam balls I needed for my snowmen ornaments. I am disappointed...my 2 Grandboys 8 and 4 dont get to give their class an ornament☹️☹️☹️!!!
