We had an urgent need for a replacement tire after our daughter got a flat tire on the way to her military training out of town. We purchased the tire in advance online and discovered we needed a different tire after arriving at the store. Corey went out of his way to help us get the order corrected and get the tire replaced immediately so we could get her vehicle and military gear back to her for training. Outstanding service all around! We will definitely be back after this very positive experience.

This is the only Discount Tire location I have been to, so I am not sure if all the others are like this, but this Discount Tire location is absolutely awesome all the way around. From customer service, to honesty, to pricing, to service and quality, they nail it out of the park. Every person I have ever dealt with in this store since I started going there nearly 7 years ago has been wonderful. I tell everyone I know to go to this store for any tire needs. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service. Unfortunately customer service is becoming a lost art, great to see it is still a priority here.

Called at 12:36pm and asked if my tires were still under warranty which they were, so I explained I had a tire that kept losing air and throwing a sensor light off on my dash and I was told Ill have to bring it in. I specifically asked if I need an appointment or if I should just drive up. I was told to just drive up and someone would check it out. I arrived at 12:58 and was told that I wouldnt be able to be seen until about 2:45... I explained what I was told on the phone and was told I dunno why they would say that but we have nothing open until 2:45 🤦‍♂️👎👎

This place is just awesome. It was recommended to me and I will definitely recommend it to others. Very nice and courteous staff. Very professional and yet personable and understanding. I had 4 new tired put on my truck and everything was smooth as silk. The work was done efficiently and quicker than estimated. The guys in the shop even complimented my rather common old truck (made me feel better about going there). Just a very wonderful place and wonderful experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return for all my tire needs.

As we continue to make our tire purchases with DT we become more familiar with the additional services offered such as free rotation and air-up. I purchased new tires for my car and they installed them fairly quickly, customer service was normal etc etc. Anyway, I asked them to stick my spare back in under my trunk since that’s what I was riding on, which they did. Great! I left happy. MOVING ON, When putting my spare back in my trunk they had to lift my sub up to do it and so for 4 months I couldn’t figure out why my sub kept going in and out. Turns out they ripped one of the wires out of my amp :-) and now the wire has sizzled away and I have to go get someone to stick it back in.

Received perfect service when I purchased my $700 tires! went 40 days later to get another one because one popped service was horrible guess cause I wasn’t spending money!! Manager told me “oh well I’m busy” had me wait 3 hours and still wasn’t seen. Finally had rode side come out which took 10 mins to get my tire changed.

I took my Kia to Discount Tire (Perryville) on 9/21/20 to fix a tire with a slow leak. I paid $15.99 to have this tire fixed at a different tire place the week before. I was happily surprised to get the tire repaired at no charge. My next set of tires will come from Discount Tire.

Great place and great service. Pre purchased my tires, set an install appointment for today 5/15/20. Not only did I get a call earlier this week that my tires where in, but when I arrived Adam came out to me to confirm everything.The car went in and I pulled it out a few minutes later all done. Definitely the place to go for tires and wheels.

Quick service. Very helpful, patient as we worked with our son to get through his first driving flat tire. Had what needed. Cost was less than I anticipated. Will use them again.

So i usually dont leave reviews but for this place I have to i came in here looking for a lug nut socket and the guy at the front desk was really really helpful and actually gave me the socket for free so I definitely give this place a five star!!!

On 07.27.20 I used Discount Tire in Machesney Park Illinois to purchase a set of tires and I would like to tell you my experience. I have purchased at least 3 sets of tires from this location. I have also used them for tire repairs and individual replacements in the past. I called and spoke with Jose soon after opening the store on Monday AM. I informed him on the specific tire I desired. I figured it would take a couple of days to get the tires in. Jose informed me I could get the tires the same day and installed when I got off work. Jose was very knowledgeable and polite on the phone. I scheduled a 4:30 appointment for the tires to be installed. I arrived at 4:21. There were facemask signs and social distancing signs outside the store and in the store. Clear plexiglass between the customer line and the workers. There were added monitors to display information the worker was seeing to the customer to aide in social distancing. I worked with another gentleman. I believe his name is Adam. I gave him my information and he pulled me up on the computer. Adam walked me out to my car and had me read out the mileage. Adam instructed me to wait by my car and when instructed drive my car into the selected bay. I waited by my car for about 2 minutes and a tech politely asked me to drive my car into the bay. While my tires were being serviced Adam walked me through tire options for my Traverse. I plan to put a new set of tires on before winter. Adam did a fantastic job giving me the requested info and working on a quote. I was handed no paperwork. Everything was emailed to me. @ 4:54 my car was ready and I drove the car from the bay and went home.This was a fantastic experience. I appreciated the efforts Discount Tire has put in place to protect both its customer and employees. Discount Tires obviously puts efforts into hiring respectful knowledgeable employees. After years of using your Machesney Park location I have no desires to take my business anywhere but Discount Tires.Please keep up the good workMike Wells

Great service! When I pulled up they had 4 employees swarm my car like a Nascar pit crew. I got 4 new tires and I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

I did not get the name of the gentleman that sold me my spear tire, but he was Mr. Wonderful. He made me feel like l was the only customer in the store and he shook the debris off the rug from my trunk. On top of the great service, l still have a great set of tires that l purchase almost two years ago.

Terrible customer service!!! Was told one price for rotation and balancing of tires over the phone and then charged a different amount once we arrived. Racial profiling at its finest. We dealt with the assistant manager of the store that overcharged us. When questioned about the increased amount...he stated that was the price, never checking with any other team member or store manager. I called the other discount tire in town to check their price. He stated it was a flat fee. Asked to speak with store manager at this store and he stated prices may vary. We were overcharged without a blink of an eye. After speaking requesting to speak with the store manager he agreed to refund the difference. Never appologized for the overcharging. Just another example of people getting treated differently based on their race and charged a higher rate. I will not be going back here again.

They were very friendly and fast. They did not push product or tires that were out of my price range. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I walked in at their peak time (4pm on Friday) and was in and out in less than an hour. They do take appointments on their website, so if you dont want to chance it please use that option.
