My grandpa was having phone issues and Tony was amazing with him. Not being tech savvy grandpa can get a little frustrated/ confused, but Tony was patient and we left with all our issues resolved. Ive got to say this is one of the first positive experiences my grandpa has had since having a cell phone and dealing with any type of support. Kudos to Tony for being so friendly, kind and helpful to my family.

The wait for a simple exchange is ridiculous!! Why is there not someone to assist with small simple concerns. RidiculousAlthough I will say Zach is amazing!! Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He remembers his customers :)

I had heard that this store had knowledgeable, helpful, and PLEASANT employees so we made the switch from another US Cellular store many years ago. We have had a lot of different employees wait on us over the years, and have always had top quality and PLEASANT customer service. Even though I like US Cellular for phone service, I stay because of the quality of their employees! Linda

I have been waiting and waiting. They have two people and several customers. They only used the waiting list system when prompted to do so. I am confused as to why it takes several hours to get a replacement phone. I feel as if they feel the customer is not important. They had a manager who left her workers cause the manager had things to do. I feel as if the people are not valued who work here. They stayed hours after hours to finish

I have been a US Cellular customer for more than 10 years, and my family has always been happy with the service we receive. We travel a lot across the US and it is very rare that we find an area with poor coverage. (My husband has a cell phone through a different company because it is a work phone, and his coverage is not nearly as good as mine.)

Absolutley STUNNED at how their staff speak to the public. Unacceptable service and attitudes. They dont care about you or your phone, they clearly have one thing in mind: money. Never ever returning. 4 hours in store just to discuss a new phone plan. Trash

The employee who helped me gave me his full attention. He answered all my questions and helped me understand how to operate my smart phone. Let me know what to stay away from to avoid unwanted pop ups and ads. The only negative thing I have to say is the prices for service is to high.

Just recently upgraded my phone. Been with US Cellular for several years and I love the service. I am bummed about the decommissioning of service in the Chicago area, but oh well. Got an iPhone 4s for a penny. I thought I would be disappointed with the iPhone since I have always used an Android device but I am getting used to it. Although the iPhone doesnt have some of what Android has, it is still easy to use and it has not once crashed. I asked a friend of mine who has used an iPhone for a long time when to expect it to crash and he said when pigs fly. The staff was awesome. Great job guys!!! You rock!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced when dealing with my phone. The manager and employees are completely incompetent and have no respect for their customers, or their customers time. I waited 3 separate days for more than an hour without being seen while the employees dealt with the same customers as when I entered, with some no longer even dealing with the phone interaction - one employee was discussing financial problems and giving advice to their customer while their customer sat with their merchandise and receipt for more than 20 minutes. On 3rd attempt at purchasing a new phone, I was told I cannot buy a replacement until my 2 year contract is completed, period. My phone sporadically goes through spurts of not receiving texts or calls and the screen is broken, but regardless, they said I am not able to replace it for another year. I asked if my phone completely broke if Id be able to buy a new one at full price and was told again, not unless my 2 year contract was up - by a manager! Again, completely incompetent.

US Cellular - Their over-the-phone support is HORRIBLE. Their employees dont know (and/or dont care) what theyre doing. Want to talk to the same person again so you dont have to go through the whole song and dance all over on a subsequent call? You cant. We dont have direct extensions Did they tell you theyll keep an eye on your order to make sure everything goes through? They wont. I had one order where it took 7 follow up calls and in the end it was still not right. EVERY time it took me going INTO a store and having the person there fix the problem. My only problem with the stores is how long you have to wait to see someone. They just expanded the store near my house but apparently didnt bother staffing it accordingly. Basically they just made the waiting/milling around area bigger.tl;dr Never call their support line....just go to the store unless you enjoy a feeling of helpless rage. People at the store are good though.

After 10 minutes of promts I was finally connected to a person. I just wanted to know where the store was. I was talking to someone at a call center out of state. she wouldnt tell me where the store was unless i gave her all sorts of personal information. Then, she hung up on me. It is impossible to get in touch with someone at the acual store, even though i have the phone #. Unbelievable.

The voice mail system sucks. I wanted to talk to an associate to check stock on a battery and each selection I made was invalid and when I stayed on the line to be connected to the store, the system hung up. I am a US Cellular associate and will be sharing this experience with the executives.
