I paid for tracking - USPS Tracking number not found in system. Had this happen one time before somebody enter number wrong .USPS must scan all tracking number when picked up at Quest 7. I Have contact quest7 & USPS find out why no tracking .Reputation is worth more than silver of gold.

I have been using this place for about a year and a half. In that time I have gotten to know a few of the employees and have witnessed their interactions with other customers. I have been consistently impressed with their level of attention, detail, and professionalism. Nick and Mason always go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with my visit.The pros: The staff is respectful and knowledgeable about the shipping business.The place is clean and organizedThey are careful with your packages and assist with any challenges.The cons: Its only one con for me and that would be the location. This place is 10 miles from my house. Not their fault but still a con for me. I make the drive for the great customer service a forgotten thing of the past.

I am regular customer to this place, but not anymore.I stopped at this place and asked if I could send fax to a toll free number.(insurance paperwork)I was charged $6.$1 per pageIt was a tool free number, and no ink was used to send it.That should be free since didnt cost them anything and as: always take care of a good customer deal. If they charge $0.25 per page I would understand it, but $1 per page I think is way too much. I learned my lesson, and happy to avoid that greedy place.
