The shopping experience was good. BUT, I had my ring for 2 months in my hands and it broke!!! They wouldnt fix it for free! They charged for a broken ring that was broke in an area that i had no control over. It was the way it was made. Bought for Christmas and sized in January. Broke by middle of March then charged to fix it. This company does not back their work!

ANN & BRYNA went out of their way to help me find a bracelet for my wife. I was traveling for work and out of state. I was going from store to store and finding the website was not accurate showing who had it in stock. I called to the local Kay jewelers near my home, stated what I was looking for. While I was driving/traveling, Ann calls me said she looked on their corporate site and verified none were avail where I was and that they could have 1 in a day for me. I was saved. My Wife was Amazed on her new gift and couldnt believe how beautiful it is!Amazing customer service and I week always go to Ann & Bryna at Kay Jewelers in Machesney Park.Hands down the BEST!

Went to pickup a ring for my girlfriend. Staff was super friendly and got in and out quick. They do check ID so bring your ID with you if you are picking up. Great experience and will be returning.

Currently no one is answering the phone to see if an appointment is needed. I dont see any posting of store closing or hours changing due to covid.

Went in to this location to get an idea of what type of engagement ring that I might like, and the customer service was great! The worker was very kind and helpful with finding some rings that I liked and I would defiantly recommend going to this location.

Everything was perfect

The first lady that helped was so nice very helpful in trying to get my ring fixed after the stone fell out second lady was rude and snotty and tried to tell me i didnt have correct insurance to have my stone replaced when it has been replaced multiple times before so i knew i did, then tried to upsell me a different ring.

The customer servive is not there. When my girlriend said she didnt know anything about jewery they both we rude instead of being freindly and showing her. Then, the worker kept making werid faces after every question we would answer. We also had to ask fot jewery boxes for our items we just bought. Worst customer experiece ever.
