Were not recommend this company to anyone looking for propane. There is always a charge for recertification of a tank or ask to have a tank filled that was half full for my camper was told I was going to have to pay for a full charge cant charge by the pound. Inconsiderate rude customer service inside very snotty. Thought I would support a local business over a big box store like Menards and I guess I was wrong should I used Menards learned lesson.

Had a Groupon for a $10 refill on a propane tank and they told me one of my tanks needed to be recertification for an extra $5 instead of exchanging the tank

Called before driving 25 miles to their location. I asked about having a 20lb tank filled and how much it would cost. I was told a price and a closing time of 5pm. I show up at 4:45 and I was told there is no one available to fill the tank because those employees leave at 4:30pm. Why not tell the customer on the phone this detail? I wasted a trip home to get a tank and drive it all the way to their location for nothing. In the mean time the office employees are closing the office 15 minutes early and leaving. Terrible customer service!
