Just had a great experience buying a car from this company. We had a specific used car we wanted to find not available at a dealership but this company came up on a Cars.com search. We contacted them about the car and went to see it. We offered to pay for a pre-sale inspection from the dealer so they took it to the dealership for us. The inspection showed one minor issue which Carz R Us addressed prior to the sale.The staff is knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I would have no hesitation buying another car from them. The car was a good price, even being rated a good deal by cars.com. They are trying hard to grow their presence in the Houston market and I wish them luck. This experience is what you hope an independent used car dealer would be like.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Called in to ask if the vehicle was available for listed price and was told yes. I told them I was going to buy it the very same call. Dealer asked for a deposit of $2,500 which I gave immediately on the same day I called. I have my own financing. After buying my flight, taking days off, $ spent of scheduling, 10 hours before the flight, they decide to sell the vehicle to someone who was willing to offer more. 10 hours before my flight.After multiple phone calls and numerous text trying to get my $ back, I still have not received it 24 hours later. Stay away. Climax greed is what youll receive here.I lost hundreds of $ and got a ding to my credit score and I didnt even get to buy a car from here.10/29/2020 - Still havent gotten my money back.Update:Late 10/29/2020 - Dealer has returned the deposit.Mitch has reached out to me. Supposedly, management was not aware of this entire deal and stated that it was a 1 mans doing, sales person.Dealer has apologized for the whole mess.I have stated to Mitch that I will be back 1 day and that he will owe me 1 in the future when I come back, gentlemans agreement. This review and the updated 5 star review will serve as a agreement for future reference when I come back. All the screenshots and calls will be saved incase.

A bit disappointed with my transaction. I purchased a 2008 g500 from them in December. Was told the day before flying in at almost 11:00 pm the wheel bearings where bad and it would be a good idea to cancel my flight. I flew down anyways to at least put my hands on the suv. I purchased and was told I would have my title within 30 days. Now I am getting a run around, stillNo title. I contacted my state to ask about getting a title since the dealership will not help... they sent out a third party to make sure the suv wasn’t stolen. Now they have the fbi involved to help obtain the title. The dealership needed me to send an inspection but since it won’t pass due to a bad front differential which is $10,500 my only option is the fbi route. I would say make sure if you buy a car get everything in writing including you will get the title in the mail within “x”Amount of time.To your response how am I supposed to get a plate for the vehicle if I do not have the title? I have tons of texts with Andy and he said you knew what was going on, in writing?

Purchased a Volvo XC60 on Friday, September 25, 2020. I spoke with the salesman the previous week and used Facetime to show my wife and daughter the car. I flew into Houston and drove the vehicle back home.Vehicle was as described in the photos and overall very satisfied with the purchase. I mentioned something that I noticed during my walk around of the vehicle. It was relatively minor. To my surprise they ran the car over to the local Volvo dealership took care of the issue and filled up the gas tank on the way back.Great experience, great car and very satisfied customer.

Absolutely recommend coming here if youre in the market for a vehicle. I had an awesome experience with Omar, Andy, and the owner, I lost my previous truck in a total loss after an accident. Was in need of a truck, they had a 3/4 truck ford platinum that suited my needs I wanted, but the price for the insurance was too high after the accident, Omar (dealer representative) found me a better insurance rate of half of what my insurance initial rate was going to be, not only that the owner and Andy (financial representative) swapped the inital lien holders offer (Bank of america) which was giving me 5% apr, to their preferred lien agent who dropped it down for me to 2.5% apr. I was even running late to work the day I was going to pick up the truck and the owner let me take the truck while we were still awaiting the bank.Absolutely awesome customer service from sales representative all the way to the owner, got my super duty platinum truck at a great price, if youre on the market for a vehicle i highly recommend considering coming here, its not like other dealerships where it can get nerve racking dealing with sales representatives trying to coin you, guys here work with you throughout the whole process. If you need a truck like I did, or luxury exotic cars all the way down to cheap cars, this is the place to go.

Purchased a 2011 ML63 from them, told me it was in perfect “Ready To Go” condition. As soon as it came off the transport truck I noticed major transmission and suspension issues. Took it straight to a repair facility and they quoted me $14000 for repairs for a new transmission, rear suspension and engine oil leaks. Since you think it’s in perfect condition and their is no issues with the car then refund me the money and take the car back and sell it to someone else. Never expected this type of customer service from a place that sells high end exotics. DON’T BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT SEEING THE CAR IN PERSON!Also clean your cars before you send them to customers so they don’t find someone’s old nasty shoes and random jumper cables in the trunk!

Watch out for these folks! They hide damage and slide in a little “as is” page when you sign for everything. Bought a corvette with a “clean carfax”. Took it to a dealer 2 weeks later to have an AC fan fixed under warrantee to find out all warranties on the vehicle have been voided for an unknown reason, the whole vehicle was repainted, multiple interior panels were held on with zip ties behind them.Don’t fall for the good deal, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
