Replying to Toni Sams.Your wall was opened up to fix some leaks, which you ok’d. You also said that you would be having more work done in the same wall, so it was agreed to leave the wall open until future work was done, and then wall would be patched. You never did schedule to have the extra work done, and nothing was ever quoted to just patch your wall back up without having the extra work done. I’m sorry you’re disappointed and want to give hollister a negative review over something that you had agreed on.Take care

I worked with Kim recently to update my window treatments of my home Ive been living in for 10 years. The old metal blinds needed to go and kind of depressed me every time I looked at them... Having Kims expertise and suggestions with selection and ordering was amazing. Now that they are installed - I can only say - life changing! Who would have thought window treatments would make me fall in love with my house again, but they have. Im so grateful and cant recommend Kim and the team there enough!

Hollister is a really great, friendly company. I have lived in my home 4 years and have always had water issues in my basement. I had another plumbing company come in 3 different times telling me the issue was my sup pump. Hollister came out and figured out right away that it was sewer issues the whole time. Hollister is really friendly trustworthy company!

Everyone who works there has been great but when you have to spend 168 dollars for 25 minutes of someones time(who showed up 5 hours after calling to get them to come out) just to be told that the compressor is broke and that it will be another few grand to fix just puts a sour taste in my mouth.

At one time I felt that this was the best company that I have seen But I do have an issue with them. I had some plumbing work done in my bathroom. The wall had to be cut open so the plumber could fix the leak. He was going to do more work later when I had the extra money so he left the wall open. I decided that I just could not afford anymore plumbing bills so asked the manager to just fix the wall. He would not . His answer was if we did it we will fix it. I mean it is written right on the friggin ticket for GOD SAKE. It was pointless to keep trying to get them to fix it. If you are poor you dont stand a chance.

Great place and service

Hollister Home Center has very qualified people working for them. Larry was very courteous, very knowledgeable, very efficient and very good at his job. I was having electrical issues and he took care of them for me. A job Well Done. I now have light & power and am a very happy customer. I have hired Hollister Home Center many times, for different types of jobs......and will continue to hire them again. They can always figure out the problem, solve it, and take care of it. They remind me of MacGuyver ...what else can I say.

Had them come do some work on one of our bathrooms. Aaron B. did a very good explaining what he was going to do to make the repairs. Knows his stuff and was very professional! Repairs were done in a timely manner and done well!

Joel was awesome. We had our dog shut up and he was comfortable with having her out. He was 100% honest even though I didnt like the results. He did everything he could to help us. I would trust him on any further work in our home.

My service guy that came out was very professional and kept me informed. Job well done for him. The only downside was getting rescheduled and then getting pushed back the day I was rescheduled for a later time.

They show up typically within the day you call them as long as its not too late, and are very considerate of animals and others of the household. They were quickly and diligently, giving any advice they can so the possible problem will not occur again. The friendliest company and kindest.

Larry D and Kevin F were at my house within 3 hours of my call. They were precise, included me in all decisions, invited me to watch the camera feed while they troubleshooted and treated me like an old friend. Very pleased and will call again.

John was at my house within a couple of hours of my call. What I thought might be a major repair turned out to be small part and it was fixed that afternoon. Hollisters pricing schedule is quite detailed and very fair. Keep up the good work!

Very professional service. Cost estimate was provided after initial inspection. During the repair, some other components had to be fixed that were not included in the initial estimate, nevertheless, the total cost did not change at the end. The service was efficient and very friendly.

Hollister has been helping us in so many ways. They are very professional, friendly and they will be there for you promptly and even after hours. The owner John Purdy himself will personally help you when in times of trouble and in emergency situation, if not he will send someone quick. We would highly recommend them if you ever needing repair or issues. We are very satisfied with their services.

After contacting all of our friends and acquaintances who do plumbing and not being able to get anyone to come work on our clogged drain, Hollister was able to come out the same day. Larry D. and Kevin F. were great. They even had helpful tips if our drain clogged again.

Once we finalized plans, they started in a timely manner and stuck with the job all the way through to finish. The crew includedGLEN the carpenter, BILL the plumber, BRET the electrician, and DOUG the tiler. They were all polite, professional and obliging. We were tickled pink with the final product and Couldnt be happier.Thank you HOLLISTERS for a job well done!
