I feel like I got a good deal and they were very upfront with everything that was wrong with the 2007 Dodge Nitro that I bought. They did not try to hide anything. Great people to deal with.

Car Care repaired my ‘16 Impala after hitting a deer at 70mph. I had major damage. I got my car to them and the next day I received my estimate and it was already sent to my insurance. Do to their workload it was going to take a little longer to get my car back. When I did get my car back I could see why they are so busy. My car looks better than the day I bought it. I could not be happier with Jeff and his crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any work done one their vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I couldnt be happier! I found the vehicle I wanted off car guru and contacted this dealer to make sure it was still available. They were nice and pleasant on the phone and confirmed the vehicle I was interested in was still available. I drove an hour and forty minutes to Car Care Center (Macomb IL) and was met by Bobby and Austin. Both were amazing to work with and real down to earth! I appreciated the honesty and the couple laughs we had. If you are looking for a newer vehicle, I definitely recommend stopping by or looking at the available inventory online through their website! I drove three hours to pick up a car from this place. I called in the morning and was told I would get a callback to confirm they still had the car. No one called back, so I chanced it. The people were pleasant to deal with. The owner was very kind and polite, also funny. He had me laughing many times. They are very honest, maybe to honest to sell used cars. They told me everything wrong with the car I picked out, and took money off the price for every issue the car had. The car drove just fine the three hours it took to get home. Had I received a callback I would give them 5 stars. Ill definitely check out other cars on the lot in the future. Great customer service.
