The staff at the Macomb, IL location is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have helped us numerous times over the years and we are thankful to have the business and staff in our town.

I didnt know how to check my brake fluid and my brake light had flashed a couple of times over the weekend. My son recommended that I stop at Auto Zone and someone would check it for me. Thats exactly what happened. I stopped, within 5 minutes one of the staff checked my fluid and told me it was fine. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Appreciated the help and the honesty!

Everything you might want in an Auto Parts store. Very helpful. They will even help you with instillation of some parts. Doesnt cost anything to ask.

What is the purpose of paying and ordering ahead if the order isnt going to be placed? Called before walking in, then went in to actually pay, kid swore parts would be in the next morning, get a call and find only half my order came because someone forgot to place the order for my other part! Not okay at all.

Inventory problem. Item expecting could not be found, but ordered for later day delivery to house. Caused real inconvenience, disruption of work schedule. Very disappointed with this experience, not the usual occurrence. Will see what rest of day brings

Called before 11 oclock ordered parts and they said theyd have them by 4 and they didnt. Would have tried somewhere else if I knew theyd messed it up

Helpful employees, but a little more of a wait than usual.

First off every single person in the store was talking over me when I was trying to describe my problem I was having with my car. The person who actually helped me was a young woman and she finally understood what I meant by check and see if my alternator is bad. All I want is this battery checking tool hooked up and it will tell me if my alternator is working right or not. They even talked over my dad when he got there to help me with the problem. I will never go back here unless it is the last resort I have and I do mean that. I will go to the dealer before I go here. Oreilly auto parts machine was dead so they had to charge it. They are so much more friendly than AutoZone and have better parts even if you sometimes have to pay a little more.

I went in for a headlight for a box truck. The guy at the counter was arguing on the phone with a former employee about the return policy and ignored me for 15 minutes or more. When he finally helped me, he told me my light was from a tractor and he couldnt help me. I told him I took it off my truck and he told me to go to Farm King because it was from a tractor.
