GOOD STUFF:- The salesman was nice and answered all my questions. He walked us through everything and all felt good with going with JB&D.- The woman who answered the calls was very nice and replied to our messages by the next business day. We didnt have to wait long.- I filed a complaint and received a call from the General Manager. He was understanding and desired to make it better. He offered me a Lowes card to help offset the cost of damage to my house (I didnt want anything). However, that was a couple months ago and I havent seen it yet.NOT SO GOOD STUFF:- They hire out for the jobs. Whoever did our gutters did a terrible job installing. They also damaged the paint on my house. It would have been nice if they had told me rather than finding out after they left.- They left screws and small pieces of metal all around my house. I had to clean up after them.- They installed my gutters incorrectly. Had to have them out twice to fix it. I went up on my roof the other day to clean the leaves out of my gutters and I was appalled at the installation job. Some of the brackets were not even secured to my roof.- The crew damaged my house again (wood fascia)I believe their biggest downfall is that they hire out to smaller companies that dont believe in quality. Its unfortunate.I cannot recommend them to anyone for gutter installation.(I gave 2 stars because of the General Managers concern and for taking time to call me, the salesman, and the front desk - otherwise, 1 star)

Install sliding glass door. They refused to install the door handle correctly. They left it loose from installation date. When it began to fall off, they ordered another handle, and they tell me it arrived, but they wont come in to install it. I have to call them once or twice a week. Each time, they string me along. I expect better.

Todd and Ron and their team did a fantastic job for us! They got the job done about 3 months before I thought they could in a remote location, no power, water, or heat. They worked in some pretty bad weather to make sure we were happy. Thanks guys it’s beautiful.

JB&D installed a new picture window. This was the last window in my house to be replaced. They had previously installed all of the other windows. They beat the price of another competitor quite handily and kept me informed throughout the installation process. When the window came in, the installation was done in a timely manner.

We recently had new windows and a patio door installed by JB&D at our townhouse. Their workmanship is great! Its unbelievable how much quieter it is with these installed let alone the energy efficiency gained. I highly recommend them. Todd Ricketts is great to work with and so is his assistant Ron Webb. As far as installation I would recommend that you ask for ask specifically for Don. He is very meticulous and will do a great job.

I have recently had a new roof installed at my home. I was pleased with the service I received. Everyone was pleasant, the workers worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. There was a screen that had a rip in it that wasnt there prior to the installation, but JB&D Siding replaced the screen the next day. I also had a question recently, I then called the roofing company and was told that because the roof was installed during the warm weather in February that the shingles had not yet sealed, therefore the ripples on the roof. They assured me that they would keep an eye on the roof to make certain that it sealed properly. I too, will watch the ripples and after some hot weather will call JB&D again if the problem still exists.

Todd in Macomb was great to work with. The installer that put in our windows was very professional, clean, and courteous - I never thought it would be possible to replace all the windows in our townhouse in the middle of January (!), but JB&D did it in a few days without any fuss. Were really enjoying our new windows. Id definitely recommend JB&D to others.

Great experience with JB&D in Macomb. We met in the fall (2016) and signed contracts for trim, gutter, Gutter Helmet, and a new octagon window, with work to start in early spring (2017). Because spring came early, JB&D was at our house in early February and completed all the work in less than two weeks. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and very good at what they did. We could not be more pleased with the work they did and the efficiency with which it was carried out. Our house looks great!

Very satisfied with JB&D Macomb. The Basement B-Dry System has solved all of the water issues. The Gutter Helmet has eliminated the plugged up gutters. And most importantly, the new windows have made Prince Denver (the cat) very happy! *If the cats not happy, nobodys happy! Thanks so much to Ron and Don for all of their great work on the sliding door and windows.
