During this post-pandemic, car shortage madness, Woodrum Toyota delivered on our car buying experience! We shopped around for a van but other dealerships were price gouging and taking advantage of the car shortages.That was not the case at Woodrum! It was well worth our 75 mile drive to meet with Cole, who helped us find the right van. Sales manager, Jared, was nothing but professional. He gave us a great price on our new vehicle and excellent value on the trade in. From start to finish, this was an easy process with no pushy sales tactics. Best experience we had by far, so it is definitely worth the drive to Macomb to check out this dealership if you are in the market!

Great experience working with Woodrum Automotive today! Dealership was 2 hours away from our home; they were great to work with in getting all the details and our deal dialed-in over the phone before we made the drive up. They seem to have trouble on how they explain things when you buy a car.

My wife and I contacted Woodrum in Macomb about a car we were interested in. We ended up getting a car at another dealer but the salespeople at Woodrum Toyota keep calling her months after we bought a car some place else. We are not in the market for a new car but they keep contacting us. I have told them repeatedly that we are no longer in the market but they keep calling like they are going to convince us to buy another car. Beware, once you get on their list, youre on it forever!

From working with Sales Consultant, TJ Doherty, to the trade-in and new car sales quote per Mike Woodrum, to the final paperwork with Michael Forman ..... all went smoothly. Ill be back. Definitely recommend.

I was searching online for a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro for months when I came across a listing from Woodrum Toyota. I made contact with Samantha in the morning regarding the availability of the truck. Sent pictures of my truck for a trade in with some information and within a few hours I had a fair offer for my truck in hand and a deposit on the Tundra. The truck arrived several weeks later and I drove 1150 miles round trip from Upper Michigan to pick it up. All the staff at Woodrum Toyota ere extremely helpful during our brief visit. Michael Forman had all the paperwork, plate transfer, etc all set when I arrived. All I had to do was sign and head back home. After my experience with Woodrum Toyota I wouldnt hesitate to make that drive again to pick up another Toyota!

All of the staff were kind and courteous. They worked with us to get a great deal on a well taken care of used vehicle. They didnt try to push a lot of extras on us. All of the employees are local and you can definitely feel that. We were in and out in a little over one hour. We were very pleased with our experience. We drove an hour and a half, but we will definitely choose to go back to them for future vehicles.

They broke my mirror off cracked the dash left fuse out so brakes were really hard and no antifreeze in engine and never said a word to me about any damage and wouldnt return phone calls not impressed with service dept

I worked with Hayden Douglas on the purchase of my new truck and he did a great job and was very easy to deal with throughout the entire process. Jared Klapp also did a great job finalizing my deal. Michael Forman made the financing a breeze and even caught an issue with the Illinois tax that saved me some additional money. I probably never would have caught it, but he did and reworked some of the forms without hesitation even though Im sure it was kind of a pain for him to do so. Overall a pretty good experience which cant be said very often when buying a new vehicle.

Woodrum Toyota is a great place to buy a vehicle. Cody Morris is a great person to deal with in the sales department. He brought the vehicle to me and answered all of my many questions. He also brought me a loaner when he arranged for the vehicle to have a DVD player installed. Their finance manager Michael met me in Rushville to have papers signed and questions answered. They even gave us a better trade in value than anticipated. They truly have went above and beyond. Five stars.

Amazing experience! I bought a new 4 Runner this month from Dave. He was top notch service. The entire staff was great. I hit a big deer 1 week later and totaled (safety was awesome on this truck) the truck. Dave and progressive worked together and today I drove off with my new truck (exchanged right out within 1 week). It was all handled with great experience. The owner of Woodrum handled some of the activities as well. I couldnt have been more happy. I bought both trucks at Woodrum and would do it all again! We bought and returned an ‘04 Toyota Tundra from this dealership. It was deemed UNSAFE by a third party mechanic due to the state of the rust on the frame of the vehicle (amongst other expensive problems). If you’re going to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, have a third party mechanic inspect it BEFORE you buy it. I am writing in hopes that no one else makes the timely and costly mistake that we did.

We bought a 2016 Tacoma from Woodrum. Very nice to deal with, the best of 3 dealerships we tried. Green in Springfield were insulting, a group of salesmen laughed at us when we asked for a cash discount. Shottenkirk in Quincy were rude as well. The salesman kept saying make us an offer! when we asked for price on a used vehicle. Then when we did, he took the offer to his superiors, came back 5 minutes later, and said that wasnt enough, then turned and walked away. We bought from Woodrum based on how they treated us, at the first encounter. Price was not involved. Since the sale, we have heard nothing from them. Not that we needed to, but Toyota emails us ALL the time, so we thought maybe Woodrum would show some interest in us, after the sale, as well. Not going to hold that against them. Well, maybe I will, so Ill knock off one star. I have also had dealings with there service dept on a vehicle I did NOT buy from them, and they treated me well, and prices were fair. I would buy there again.

They were awesome... I woud recommend Woodrums. I totaled my car hitting a deer on December 5th after waiting on insurance i found a used car at Woodrums right before Christmas. My insurance check was late due to holidays and they held the vehicle with $50.00 down...I knew this truck wouldnt be around long. They reduced the price to match my insurance check. We recently bought a van from Woodrum Toyota, and will be the last vehicle we ever purchase from here. When we bought it the salesman told us it had been serviced. We later found out nothing had been done to this, so we called the sales manager and told him. He replied he would look into it. Never heard back from anybody. BEWARE people they are dirty, and i am telling everyone i know about this, NOT happy at all.

So far I have had a bad week the salesman cody Morris was good at his job but I just bought a 2003 dodge dakota that I have problems with back to back day after day in a row I havent had this truck not even two weeks and then they tell me that the truck is fixed and its ready and theres no problems with it every time I come back up there and now I have to take it back up there tomorrow just because I have no brakes whatsoever the abs light is on and the brake light is on Im about to return this stupid truck I have had cooling issues and then I had a water pump replaced and now i have brake problems please fix this woodrum auto and make it right before i return the truck and thank you thats all

My wife scheduled a service appointment telling them she had a Chevrolet truck, so instead of advising my wife they were NOT a Chevrolet service department they went ahead and took her in. They quoted $65, but typical Woodrums when she went to pick it up they said $90. This is why I haven’t dealt with these conniving pos in 30 plus years and never will. My wife learned a lesson.

I highly recomend Woodrum Toyota Ford Lincoln of Macomb, Illinois. I have bought my past 3 vehicles from them. These guys are Professional and dedicated to customers. They took the time to wait with me over looking several vehicles they would have traded in and be what I was looking for but not quite. They were patient and followed up with other vehicles until we found the perfect car, truck or van everytime. I dealt with other dealerships in the past that were just pushy, real pushy, or forget about you after a couple phone calls and a couple of car turn downs by you the customer! Woodrums is not like that and I felt like a friend in there. Also I am a self employed young man under 30 and these guys found me the most amazing finance deals I could ever had thought. Great Dealership, great group of guys, owners, and knowledgeable master technicians. I will never buy s vehicle from anywhere else, and look forward to my next purchase from Woodrum of Macomb.

Service department is horrible. My spare tire is mounted on the back of my vehicle. My mud tire was taken off the rim and replaced with a cheap street tire while my vehicle was being worked on. Of course they denied it.Hard to talk to anyone in the service department for help.Would not recommend this place to anyone as far as servicing vehicles.
