This is THE place to go in Macomb for coffee! The customer service puts chik-fil-a to shame and Starbucks cant touch Sulivan Taylors. Seriously though from friendly funny customer service to deliciously fresh baked pastries my fiance and I love this shop and all they have to offer.
We had the lunch special and it was so delicious! Love the atmosphere!
Great service & friendly staff
Awesome coffee and service but a bit light on breakfast goodies. Definitely better than Starbucks. ☕
👍
Always clean and friendly. Drinks are top-notch. Quiet. Great for a date. Or to go to a quiet place to clear the mind. Went on a date and i was so relaxed there i opened up and was able to talk and relax.
The muffins are the absolute best thing in the world. The baristas are generally helpful and friendly and the drinks are amazing. I love the atmosphere because of the natural light and the decorations. Its one of my favorite places in town.
Awesome location on the Square. Everyone is friendly. Love the coffee! Good place to study, relax, hang out, etc. Enjoy looking at the different artwork hanging up on the walls.
I had a delicious cup of coffee, and a bagel with cream cheese. They have wifi, so i listened to some articles on you tube. I go there several times a week. They have a different flavored coffee each day.
Great...had a fun time. Loved having coffee from a real mug.
Pretty good experience with a friendly staff to boot. If you want some coffee and want to deviate from a Dunkin’ or Starbucks check this place out.
Nestled in the Southeast Corner of the town square, Sullivan Taylor is a refuge for those seeking refuge from whatever they are seeking refuge from: snow, rain, heat, a bouncing yapping pit bull in full Chihuahua, whatever you are fleeing from, you can flee from it here--unless its other persons. This is a small town and you may well run into whomever you are fleeing from at Sullivan Taylor, who is likely fleeing from something or someone else (maybe you). In which case, ignore them and enjoy the pastries and your choice of liquid delights, warm and cold. If you seek quiet, go after lunch, when the studious show up and Sullivan Taylor takes on a quasi scholarly air. The mornings, especially the earlier hours, are more garrulously social. 11 to 1 is also convivially noisy. After one, a conversational purling is more the ambient sound. A large table at the very very back is often empty in the afternoons. If you dont mind being interrupted, signal this by sitting in one of the window seats. Passersby will make a note that you were in the window, which they will mention to someone at Wal Mart and few days later a friend at the gym will casually remark, So I didnt know you read science fiction. You can also sit in the front area of the Wine Sellers next door. Its quieter there and just as sunny, but not as warm in the winter, at least not to this heat worshiping, salamander. I like to sit in the alley on warm days, reading in the sunlight or in the shadow. The staff is friendly without being obsequious or intrusive.
Best coffee is town. Baristas are talented and a treat to see.
Fabulous quiche. Great latte.
I find myself to be fairly picky when it comes to coffee shops, especially the smaller mom and pop places. This is by far, one of the best I have ever been to. The coffee is smooth, the baristas are smoother, and the smoothies are the smoothiest. It is worth the visit, these people truly care about creating you a drink as well as making you smile, and the food is pretty dang good as well!!
Best coffee house in town! Great food and assortment of drinks. As well as an amazing place to meet up with friends or be by yourself.
Love this place. The baked goods are always yummy, and they know how to make good coffee!
They use their patented coffee cubes in the iced versions on request!
Sullivan Taylor is a nice little coffee shop. Very friendly service and good sandwiches and baked goods.
Fantastic place friendly place service is great very high recommanded
Great service. Kind people. Love the hot tea and the snickerdoodles. Love that they display works by local artists, too.
The humans who work here will fill a metal water bottle with hot coffee for you, with their bare hands, because that is how much they care. also they will give you a hug if youre really sad and needy.5 stars, would drink again
Best cappuccino I have ever had! Excellent and knowledgable staff. Again, best cappuccino ever. Thank you!
Good coffee, classic smug barista, great baked goods, try the Highlander grogg
The local, and my favorite, coffeehouse. I usually get the Americano, which is excellent. Robust and manly, but not overbearing.
Iced mocha was great all the treats looked fresh
In Macomb area to see family and was very happy to find a place where I could get a good cup of coffee, with friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere with WIFI to get some work done! Will certainly come back next time I am in the area!
Amazing coffee. Comfy, awesome prices, plenty of power plugs everywhere, perfect for working.
10 times better than Starbucks half the price and love the environment.
Great laid back coffee house to get something to drink a bagel and read a book. I Reccomend the Frappuccino or French soda mix and match flavors. Apple and banana is my fave.
Had a latte and a muffin in mid-morning with my daughter. Enjoyed the casual atmosphere with other people reading the newspaper, talking or on their computers.
My favlrite drink is the white chocolate movha lr the chia tea latte! Amazing prices and the cookies are totally worth it.
Their bianca iced coffee is amazing. (Ask them to use their coffee cubes instead of regular ice)
Nice place good food and coffee great service
Coffees good. Service is good. Original art on the walls is thoughtful. Has a positive energy.
Great coffee, great atmosphere. Not to mention one of the few coffee places in Macomb. Highly recommended.
Best chai Ive ever had
Good coffee but the staff comes off as a little stuck up.
I come here almost every morning! Great coffee and people
Best place for an informal meeting it just to hang out. Topically a younger crowd.
Best latte Ive ever had, and Ive been to some top coffeeshops in Chicago, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis..etc. I would drive 2 hours to Macomb just for Sullivan Taylor (and maybe Chicks).
Coffee is good. Service with a smile. Enjoy it for what it is.
Great service, by far the best coffee house in the area.
Good coffee on a cold day.
Good and friendly environment.
Great place if you like coffee and beer!!!
Excellent coffee and customer service!
Great coffee and meeting place
Great latte and pastry
It seems like a place to go if you want to drink a cup of coffee, eat a cookie, and perhaps have a conversation.
Best coffee in Macomb
Great iced coffee.
Best coffee in town and friendly staff:)
Nice local coffee
They have fantastic coffee!!
This place has many coffee/non-coffee drinks available, and prices are great!
Good stuff a+
Go to place for coffee and snacks.
Really good
The best
Real nice
The coffee was ok but it took the guy 15 minutes to make two drinks. We had to wear our masks insode but then the worker rubs his fingers all over the lid to push it down, and they dont give you a straw. Isnt it common sense that you dont rub your fingers all over the lid where someones mouth will be?
