Took my 3 year old rider in for a belt replacement, oil change and blade sharpening. $200.00 later I was out the door. Upon inspection, oil was changed but not the filter. Drive belt was loose so much that I couldnt climb a small slope and the new belt broke after 2 passes around the yard. Cost me another $250.00 in Havana to get it right. I do not like to leave negative reviews but this was bad service all the way around. If i could give it zero stars I would.

My mower picked up on a Wednesday they were supposed to get it serviced and get it back to me it’s been over a week I keep calling every other day or so oh it’ll be done it’ll be done. Ask them today to just bring my mower back I will find somewhere else to get my mower service from now on. Worst service I have ever had.

I will not be taking my mower to this business again. I dropped off my elderly fathers mower to get repaired a week ago. The man I spoke to wrote down our information on a note pad. A week later, my father stopped by the business to see what the status was for his mower. They had no information about his mower. He was actually told to go look for his own mower with someone. It was in a shed. No one had any idea who the mower belonged to. It was not fixed. Come to find out it just needed a spark plug fixed. Dad left the mower there to get it cleaned up and the blade sharpened. The gentleman that helped him said that it would probably be done that day and check in tomorrow. I called this morning to check on it. Got two people on the phone asking the same question of what I needed. I was then told I would have to wait a couple hours or so because the ticket has not been completed. The mower is done but the paperwork is not. What kind of business does not write a work order, puts a random mower in a shed to be placed there for however long, then the owner has to search the premises to find his own mower? Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. Not happy! Especially when my father is told to walk around to find his own mower!!!

This is where you need to buy lawn equipment. They went out of their way to make sure I got a double warranty then filed the warranty for me without even asking.

This had been one of the worst shopping experiences Ive gone through. Which is sad considering its Stihl. They do not honor their return policies nor are willing to honor their customers.Their mechanical diagnosing and communication is sub-par.I sincerely would not recommend this place to anyone and intend to contact authorities and officials about their business practices. If I could give a no star, I would.Once more, I normally give businesses all the benefit of the doubt because I love supporting local business.I will not use this platform to rant about my experience so please write if you have questions and I will be happy to answer them.

My husband just posted this on social media:------Dear All About Mowers,Youve had my mower for 4 weeks. Every time we call you say you are waiting for parts (and we didnt even call for the first time until 3 weeks in).I was called about ordering a (1) part on March 24. I know its called snail mail for a reason but the Pony Express could have had it there by now. Then, when my wife called to inquire earlier this week and again you said waiting for parts she became frustrated and asked you what was really going on. You told her we had all winter to bring it in. Her answer? It was broken just following the near tornado we had so it didnt need to be brought in over the winter. But thanks for trying to blame us for your incompetence. Then you said if my wife didnt have you on the phone they could get more work done, as if the lady on the phone had put down her tools and stopped working on our mower to answer the phone. Not ONCE did we hear any words to the effect of Im sorry but the work on your mower is going to take longer than we expected. Instead we were met with blame and crappy attitude. When I said to the man behind the counter we wont be back he replied by laughing and saying okay.Your customer service is horrible and all of this could have been avoided if you had just told us something like were sorry its taking so long. So now Im going to let all my friends know how terribly you treated us, how rude you were to my wife and how last year you charged me $107 for a belt that I cant find anywhere on the Web for more than $73. I will rate you poorly on every website I can find and I may just make a bumper sticker that says I WAS SCREWED BY ALL ABOUT MOWERS.Sincerely,Nick Guarino-----What my husband doesnt say is the delays were caused by an employee they fired who left with some of our parts. And they were going to charge us for the parts they had to reorder.Heres the thing... instead of trying to cover up the problem or blame us... we would have totally understood if someone had called us first instead of waiting for us to become so exasperated.

Worst place ever!!!! They do not listen to the costumers I took my mower there to get a estimate and the mechanic that knows nothing about mowers he put a gas shut off valve on the engine that has a fuel pump. A gas shut off valve has no use on a engine with a fuel pump.and a needle valve was put in the carburetor and for both jobs i was charged $120.00. $75.00 for labor putting the gas shut off valve that has no use on the engine.and they said the carburetor is shot and a NEW one is over $200 to replace,i checked and a new one is $59.00 what a mark up!!! I fixed the mower myself for $34.95.the fuel pump was shot.WARNING!! buyer beware, I will NEVER do Business with All About Mowers.

If you want charming service, this is not the place! However, they do know their mowers, and weed wackers. I dont believe that they mean to be curt or ill-mannered, they just dont have good people skills. They do have mechanical skills!
