Amazing, wonderful, kind. They literally left my house.. honestly if it wasn’t for Rona I could have hugged them!So kind and respectful from the sales people to the installers ! I have disability and the sale lady was so helpful to me and my husband. She send me pictures of the granite so I could see it from the comfort of my home. Few days later they came to measure the space, the guys answered every question with politeness and understanding and made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. Today they installed the countertops and because I move with difficulty they offered for me to sit and relax. They were just amazing human beings and I will recommend them to everyone I know without hesitation! Thank you for the awesome job, really you have made my day!!!

We were referred to Granite & Marble Depot by a friend-of-a-friend who had a good experience using them for a recent kitchen countertop installation.When we visited the store, we were greeted by Frank, who helped us walk through the various choices of hard surface countertop. We had pretty much already settled on using Ceasarstone Quartz, and decided on the particular color choice. Later the same day we received a proposal via email from Nala, the Sales Manager. Much to our suprise, the price was great - even less expensive than Ikea!Fast forward --- the template was done and the installation is complete. Everyone, from Frank to Nala to Fred to Sam were great to work with. Friendly, professional, and polite.There was a minor problem with the installation of the sink, but Nala coordinated the repair, which took two return visits to complete. The end result is that we are very pleased with both the countertop, the installation, and the *superior* customer service.We highly recommend this local, family owned, and family staffed business.

Had the cut a piece of granite for our bathroom. The put a scratch in the granite and cracked the backsplash during install. Then then came out to repair the scratch and turned my granite green. Instead of trying to repair the spot the gave me some powder to put on it to try to fix it.(not my job) when it was not fixed we said we wanted a new counter top made. They said they would only if we paid $200. We reluctantly agreed because starting somewhere else would cost way more so we were stuck. Then we never heard from them again. We had to call out another company.

We just had a table top made from this company and they did a wonderful job for us. Also the installers were very professional and they measured more than once to make sure our table was perfect. I would recommend them and would use them again when i am ready for more granite.

Nala and her team did a wonderful job my first big kitchen remodel. She helped me get a higher end quartzite I wanted and made great call outs about what types of slabs to get, otherwise I would have ended up with many lines in them. went seamless and looks great! they even fabricated free window sill with the leftover. thank you so much for the great service as well.... Great Company! We discovered them by accident when in the area and just happened to stop in. Thankfully we did because we had decided to forego granite due to the expense but after touring their showroom the sales rep prepared an estimate, we were blown away, they were at least $1000 less than our least expensive estimate (and the estimate included a travel fee because we’re about an hours drive). The countertop was install about two weeks from order date, the installers were very friendly and knowledgeable and best of all our countertop looks amazing! Highly recommend.

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable too. I asked a ton of questions, being all around annoying in the beginning. they answered every single question patiently. Good people. made us feel like part of the family, thank you Nala & Fred for all the suggestions that you made.

Not happy at all, after they installed my kitchen granite, a year later I started to notice a small water leak in my basement, Couldn’t figure out where it came from, the Plummer asked me if I had done any remodeling, I stated that only the kitchen granite, so had to tear down some dry wall to see if the leak was from the pipe In the kitchen, sure enough it was where they installed my granite, when the company installed the granite they cut a part of the dry wall so the granite can fit in, because the measurements were not done correctly, they damage the pipe and water was leaking from that spot where they installed the granite incorrectly!!!
