Bill in sales was very helpful looking up an older ACS compressor that needed service. He returned my call promptly with the model number and advised me on the needed service. Ill be up to pick up the parts from them very soon!

Recently we had an air compressor unit installed along with piping for seven drops and multiple connectors at our new hydraulic cylinder repair facility, Mr. Parker evaluated our needs after discussing and reviewing our expectations to meet production.An experienced crew was sent and arrived as scheduled with all of the needed equipment, tools and expertise to safely get the job done in a fast and efficient manner. The two day installation went smoothly, Mr. Greg Parker arrived and inspected the finished product, he instructed our men on proper use procedures and maintenance.Since opening we have had numerous customers comment on our shop and the efficient manner that our men are able to work utilizing the compressed air system.The invoice that we received was as expected, no surprises, the service, the equipment and the quality of work was outstanding!

Very prompt and knowledgeable

On 20 May 2015, we purchased an air compressor for my farm; total spent was $2,299.43. On July 7, 2017 the magnetic start failed. We paid Air Compressor sales $192.39 for new magnetic start. This month, the magnetic start again failed. We took the part in today and asked them to warranty it. They refused. We spoke with T. Cook. The man was rude and asked if My husband wanted to buy one? He asked if there were any other places He could buy one and T. Cook said no and did I want to buy one? I said no and he told me to “have a nice day!”. After leaving, I tried Grainger (who said they could get it for me) and Lowe Electric Supply in Macon. They sold me the exact part I needed with a lengthy warranty included. I felt disrespected and devalued by this employee at Air Compressor Sales and the company in general. I would not recommend Air Compressor Sales of Macon to anyone, ever, if customer service and quality matter to you.

Every time I call in to either place an order or just needing help, its always been a very positive experience. Even if the person I speak with doesnt have the answer right then and there, theyre quick to get the information to me in a very timely manner. Great customer service!!

Air Compressor Sales has been an outstanding company to work with. They have provided sales and service to each of our plants and have upgraded our equipment as we have grown. Their staff have always done exactly what they said they were going to at the price they established upfront. Just this month, we had one of their staff members train our employees on how to maintain and service the equipment. Best part was he not only walked us through step by step on the items he sold us but also some of the competitors equipment as well. We will be using these guys from now on.

Stay away from ACS. They care little about their customers and only about their profit. You would be better off using the Google search engine you found this company with to find a new one for your servicing needs.Poor babies got their feelings hurt because I lift this bad review and refused to sell any more products to me Thanks to the folks at Granger I no longer need to deal with a crappy company like this

Bad customer service. If you are outside of the Macon zip code you can expect to pay double for poor service when they feel like getting to you. I guess surrounding area means within 10 miles.

Always just a call away, Service is just a call, on site the next day in most cases. Trouble shoot problems and repair .Great company to work with.Keep up the good work.
