I had the great pleasure of meeting Mr Slocumb at an estate sale on a Friday. I liked 2 pieces of artwork that he had priced 1 at $100 and the other at $150. I pointed it out hoping he would match the price but he didnt. I left and decided that if the pieces were still there on Sunday I may get a better price. Well, they were there but he had priced the one up to $150. I politely told him that he had done that and he replied with I did and that everything was 50% off. I looked around a bit more then asked him if he would do the half off on the original price to which he responded No and I did that because you argued with me. I never argued with the guy, on the contrary, I was not going to lower myself to his level...He is rude, arrogant, and I believe he heard my accent and that was the main reason of his nasty attitude. I decided he was not worth my time or my business. I left the pieces and walked out. I dont recommend this business to anyone, as there are plenty of other nicer people out there. This guy lacks honesty, manners, and professionalism. Also, out of respect for your customers, you should be wearing a mask.
