I took my bike in there to get the carb cleaned cleaned the owner gave me this big long speech about how he had to diagnose it and tell me was wrong with my bike so I said fine then 2 weeks later I had it heard from him oh Im only come to find out that they are 6 to 8 weeks behind schedule So anyway 12 weeks later he d me $2000 to fix stuff that I didnt even take it in there for that wasnt wrong with when I took it in there $1200 to clean the carburetors seems a bit much so so I took my bike back they still charged me $100 for the diagnostics the diagnostics I sold my bike the same day and the guy got it running that day

The owner of this shop knows his stuff. I trust him with my motorcycle. Unlike most U.S. motorcycle riders, my bike is used as main transport. Im not a weekender or summertime rider. Its important my bike is in daily operating condition. Theyve done that by installing new fork seals, cleaning/adjusting the carburetors and sorting an irritating electrical gremlin that kept it from powering up. It is running excellently. Im satisfied. I recommend this family owned shop to anyone. 👍🏽💯

I’m for from being a mechanic,I came to this shop to have sliders put on a 2016 zx10r KRT so I was quoted a pro of 100 dollars but it could be more it my farends had to be cut!!So I looked on YouTube to see why it costed so much,Believed me when I tell you I put the farends on in 5 minutes which only requires two strews to be strewed in!!Yes there customer services was ver nice but to change someone 100 dollars to put two strews in is the most let down in life I’ve ever dealt with!!!!

This place absolutely took care of me without a doubt. After having a horrible experience with Capitol Cycle trying to rip me off, they fixed everything. Took my bike to capitol cycle to get it raised back to stock ride height and they had it for a total of 8 days and didn’t touch it. Was told by tc that I would need a new kick stand because the one already on there wasn’t adjustable. Fast forward I took it to D&A and they had my bike finished within 3 days and the only reason it took that long is because they were waiting on a part. Turns out the kickstand that was already on the bike was indeed adjustable so I wasted $40 on a part I didn’t need. All in all great customer service and great people. Will most certainly be bringing my bike back to them for anything I need! My bike rides like a dream now!

Definitely the best cycle shop in the area. They know what and how to do service and maintenance and treat you like a person. Ive serviced my BMW at several dealerships and prefer to come to D&A. The new location is twice the size of the old one which says enough about the customer base here in S Georgia. So far 27k on my bike with no issues or problems thanks to their help!

This is the place to go! Ariel and his team are one of the best in central georgia. Ive been to plenty of bike shops and ariel and his team are the most respectful I have ever met. If I called with any questions they are kind and never hesitate to answer. I had my custom honda furys cables replaced here and they did an excellent job! I will also be bringing it back for a dyno tune up as well in the near future which NO ONE else around can seem to do except Ariel. Trust these people, they know exactly what they are doing!

I brought two motorbikes to this shop for an estimate and possible repair, and the owner seemed capable after a month passed we received a call with excessive repair bills. I asked it took all this time to give us excessive repair bills? The owner started to tell me the bikes are not well built, and it is his peak season and it is all about us. I will not be coming back here again. I will seek another opinion.

Dino and Ariel are a great team on the Service and Sales side. Patricia and Mariana are great on the parts side of things as well. Keith, Kevin and Michael round out the front office. They have a good selection of bikes for a shop their size. They have recently moved to a larger building giving them increased showroom capacity and service room as well. They are able to replace your tires while you wait. They can get you any part you are looking for and I find them very friendly and helpful. They have recently added Royal Enfield to their line and I am looking forward to meeting some of their family when I travel through Argentina later this year.

I broke down in Macon, GA last may on the Sunday before Memorial day. I had to wait until Monday before they were open, but D&A Cycles was the only shop nearby that could fix my tension bolts and get my bike back in running order. The staff was very pleasant, they fixed my bike quickly, and I was back on the road in no time at all! The tow truck driver was very friendly as well, and I enjoyed talking to him on the way to the shop.

Bought a motorcycle here over a month ago.The salesman told me there were no issues with it. When I got it home it was throwing an FI light and idling rough. Luckily it was an easy fix. Furthermore, here it is 1 month later and I still havent received my tag in the mail that they were suppose to take care of. Never going back again.

I was looking for a used late model atv and found one on their website. Called and talked to a sales person and was quoted what I considered to be a good price. Went to look at it and was impressed with what I saw. I bought it and had a good experience with the sale but... I was told the title was in hand and would be sent in to transfer it to me and after a month of getting the run-around was finally told I didnt need a title only the bill of sale that I was provided when I bought it. I will be checking on this with the DMV to confirm. I shouldve been told up front about the title instead of getting the run-around for a month.

Went in to get a GoKart Carb rebuilt. Estimate $650!!! (New ones are $50 on ebay) I kindly asked them to put it all back together and Ill pick it up. Got it home only to find they had switched my brand new battery with a dead one. Got that back from them fortunately. How do they stay in business? NEVER GOING BACK TO THOSE CHEATS!!!

Can’t say enough about the customer service at D & A. Got there a little early in hopes of being first in line and they came up to my vehicle to make sure I was taken care of. I was getting tires put on my 2012 Fatboy which I brought in a second vehicle. They helped get the tires out of my wife’s vehicle and took care with getting the bike around for service. Came in for a 003 Shinko Hookup and they have the best prices for the tire in Middle Ga. Good customer service from the rep that I dealt with. Also bought a few other things for good prices for my #310Bikelife crew.

Customer Service was horrible. Every employee was doting on the only customer in the store when we arrived. We stood for 10 min. and no one even said hello. I turned to leave and it wasnt til I reached out to push the door open that someone finally asked if they could help me. Then in the middle of seeing about me, she abandoned me to get something for the customer that already had 3 people waiting on him. So I took my business down the street to Capitol Cycle . As soon as I walked in there, I got a hello and was asked how they could help. They may be more expensive, but at least they know what customer service is.

I saw all the good reviews and after my experience came to the conclusion these may be paid for. 1st clue) lots of people talk about this huge selection. Not sure definition of HUGE but it is not his place. 2nd) Dropped my bike off and they had it about 3 weeks before i got an estimate. Was told when i dropped it off that the estimate was free. When i finally got the estimate it was probably about average of what it should be but to high for the junker bike i was just gonna play with. But since i didnt do the work with them now i have to pay $100 to pick it up. After stating to the guy kevin or kalvin whatever it was that he told me oh well its only free if you end up doing the work with us we just build that in to the price when i told him thats fine ill just be leaving this review i was told dont threaten me with google reviews everyone one knows that no one does free quotes without the service Not a treat its a fact thats why google is here and no i dont live there in Macon but in Dallas they do free quotes as a part of GOOD customer service and getting people in the door thats why i went there originally instead of hauling broke all the way back to Dallas is what i replied and then was told well its $100 if you want the bike back and then hung up on. I run business and understand the cost involved in different things like quotes but good customer service and chalking things up as a cost of doing business is a part good business to keep customers coming back. I own three bikes now and i will not be taking them back here for any service i need.
