I have been a customer for 20 years and bought awnings for my home and my daughters home. Service by Eric and Ginger is top notch. Have returned to tighten the cords within 2 days of me calling. The product they sell is great quality. You can’t go wrong using them.

Seemed as if they rushed to get job done and it was clearly subpar. Although they rectified their mistake, I was charged a extra $30 out of the blue (not on original quote) for installation that only came about after they “corrected” their own insufficient installation. This was my third and last time dealing with Macon Tent and awning. I do not recommend them.

So very disappointed with Macon Tent and Awning. Be careful before ever giving them your business. They have gone downhill. My family had done business with them for over 35 years. Their actions today showed me they couldn’t care less about returning customers.

Loved my custom deck awning! I love being able to watch the children I babysit play in the yard in the comfort of my now shaded patio. RECOMMEND!
