I am an owner operator that delivered to this facility on 11-4-21 at 18:00 and was out by 20:50, but thats with unloading and reloading out of two different doors on opposite sides of the building. The receiving department was courteous and prompt and helpful to the shipping department by calling them while I was unloading to let them know they had one coming their way. Every driver knows time is money, and these people dont waste neither. Id definitely come back if I can book this facility again.

I wish i can pick up loads from here everyday. They even let you sleep overnight. Their bathroom cleaner than hotel. They the best.

Nice & friendly staff to check drivers in. Clean restroom & a vending machine inside shipping office. Plenty of room to back into docks.

AWESOME PLACE TO DELIVER TO. Hope to get another load coming here. Whole process took maybe 45 mins. I hit the dock and was taking my 30 and looked up and had a green light and still had 16 mins left of my 30! Never had that happen before!! 100 stars for this place

I wish I could give them 10 stars, easy and quick access, plenty of space, helpful staff, super neat restrooms and above all they respect truckers which matter the most to me.I don’t want to forget that they even ask you to post a google review to better monitor their conduct. 🌹

Rude,nobody at the window 30 minytes at the time and as much as I can see they are in a business of wasting everyones time.Been here for hours now and when I came inside to see if Im ever getting a door you will see this,nobody.(picture below)A horrible establishment which you should stay away from. Im telling you this drivers as a colleague,we are all here to make money.They just wasted my whole day and I lost money so please rethink taking a load from here.

I wish I can give zero star it’s bad place for truck driver I come 2 pm which is on my appointment they keep saying they don’t have space to unload my truck so I wait more than 6 hours to even give me a dock don’t never ever come this place again……

New facility, friendly receiving guy, arrived 1am, five hours earlier than my appointment, got a dock door at once, fast unloading about 30 minutes, there us Love’s Truck Stop 6 miles from here. My delivery was successful but I have no any idea about shipping..

Nice lady at the shipping. Rude 750 Lb guy at the yard Jockey! 1 & 1/2 hr to load. Very quiet. U can do 10 hr break here!

Never returning here, obviously the workers here do not come here to work. Be prepared to be sitting in a dock door for hours as no one touches your trailer. Clearly they don’t carenor realize we don’t have all day to be sitting in a dock.My load is due tomorrow at 1800 in Houston, Texas, I really doubt I’m going to be on time with how slow they are here. Must be nice to receive a check for doing very little work.

6/9/19 Great hospitality! Treats drivers like they’re actually human! Nice clean/ organized property. Plenty of room to maneuver your truck. In and out like everyone else has said.Edit: Ha and scaled out beautifully! So they even knew how to load!

You know how some shippers are really good at getting you in the dock and loaded? Well this aint one of those shippers. You gonna wait a while. They have a nice bathroom, and a vending machine with some warm soda pops.

Loading is good but the dispatch is an issue.need to do more to facilitate receiving and driver departure

Took an hour to get in the door and took 3 hours to load. Once loaded, I double check my paperwork and they loaded the wrong product. They had to unload and reload me with the correct stuff. Check your paperwork before leaving! Especially if headed to a Walmart DC!

The guy in the shipping off was pretty cool. Got there at 7pm put me straight on a dock door was out of there by 9pm not to bad for DC

Drivers be careful if you picking up a load from this facility that is going to TOPEKA, KS.GLOBALTRAZ doesnt put the company name for receiving this is TARGET DC. DO NOT TAKE THE LOAD. you will be stuck for at least 8h to deliver your load. Very very Slooooooow.

Picked up a load here, easy in and out. Long drive way if you need to park over night. ☺

Driver I swear don’t come this place

This is not a retail store. This is a warehouse for Diapers. They ship all over the United States. For Wal-Mart, Sams Club, Target that I know of. This is there supplier for there private label brand.

Very slow, maybe 1 pallet per hour. MANAGEMENT this can’t be cost effective or productive.

Very long loading times. Plan for at least a ten hour break here.

6+hour loading time be ready

Got here at 1030a for 1200p appt. After almost 4 hours, im still in the process of getting loaded. These people are very very slooooow.

Just like the facility in Anderson South Carolina. 4-6 hours to get loaded. They have restrooms for drivers. Looks like u can park on the side street coming into the facility
