My sister came into your establishment this afternoon to purchase materials to do a color on a client. When asking a question in regards to toner she was belittled by another customer that was brought into the conversation by your employee. After being told that she wasn’t advanced enough to do the process and should do something else by the employee who had no idea of what she was or was not capable of doing she left the store. I have never been so disappointed or shocked at the audacity of how they chose to speak down to a paying customer. Definitely a loss of business on their part.
