Great service and quick turnaround! My bike needed some tender loving care and a to be converted to a stationary bike which they did. Its now its like new!

I had a great experience with the Bike Tech team. Lu did a very good job repairing my old Schwinn. They also gave me some helpful tips on bike gear that I will need and recommendations on how to transport my bike in my sedan. Bike Tech is the best place for all of your biking needs, you will love it there!

Bike Tech gets full marks for quality work and fantastic customer service. We had a very short time window to get our daughter’s bike repaired before she left for college. A part needed to be replaced, and couldn’t get here in time, since all of a sudden everyone is riding a bike. They found a different part and made it work. They even kept the shop open a little late so we could pick it up the night before we needed to leave. The bike is working great! We will be back.

Awesome service and pricing. We tried out as many bikes as we wanted and ended up purchasing 2 very nice quality Jamis bikes for a great deal. The free yearly tune up was a spectacular surprise. Highly recommend Bike Tech for all of your cycling needs.

I stopped by Bike Tech today looking to learn some information on potentially purchasing a bike in the future, but when I was greeted by a welcoming & knowledgeable staff I knew that I was going to buy a bike today. They were both very helpful, set up the bike for my wants/needs and made all of the adjustments needed for me to be able to hit the road right then.

Bike tech has been around for a long while and the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are willing to help out and take time away from the work they are doing to make sure the customer gets what they need.

Have not been on my 10 speed bike in years . To be precise, I only road it 6 times since I purchased it. So it’s been laying on my upstairs screened in porch for years catching all the weather that came through. So my Good Friend wanted to Participate in a Peddle Paddle . Peddle the bike so far and paddle a kyake coming back. I’m obviously a really good friend to say Yes to it!! Anyway I get my weathered bike out and took it to Bike Tech for a Tune Up and see if it could be readied to be ridden. If You don’t have a Bike Shop, This is the place to Go. Did a fantastic Job getting it really to look & Ride like it’s Brand new with the inexpensive Tune up. They have fantastic Attitudes and so willing to help with any questions You present them with. Vineville Avenue is their Loction. You won’t be sorry You went!!!

My family and I went to Bike Tech for the first time to check it out......... let me say it was the best bike shop/store Ive been to. SUPER great customer service and very very welcoming. When we pulled up we say a schwinn Le Tour and were interested, within seconds someone cam out to greet us and welcome us in. After talking to one of the workers/mechanics, whatever you prefer, we were very impressed and said we would be back for sure.After that we stood around chatted about bikes and things we might want to buy for our interests. Once again SUPER, DUPER friendly and we very well enjoyed ourselves while there. I would recomend them FOR SURE, great store, lots of character. AMAZING store!!!!!!

Excellent customer and technical service! I purchased a used bike and decided to get it serviced, so I decided to this shop out. I was amazed at the difference their service technician made just by performing a general tuneup on the bike. If you’re looking for a bike or have a bike that need servicing I totally recommend this shop.

We are new to Macon having moved here back in July. Our new co-workers (both my wifes and mine) told us that Bike Tech was the place to go in Macon, and they were not wrong. Jim and the staff have been incredibly helpful, and Jim is patient answering a lot of my emails. We just purchased a new bike for my youngest, she is now on a bike she can ride through her college years and beyond.We cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you need something bike related in Macon, Bike Tech is definitely the fist place you should try.

Great guys. They assembled my Bilda Bike, added a basket and water bottle holder. I also bought a Burley single trailer for my Frenchie. They made sure the bike seat was adjusted for my height. A fine purchasing experience. 🎉

Not only are they one of the nicest businesses in the region, but they also are knowledgeable and helpful as well. It’s fun that they keep the store stocked with lots of different interesting bikes, they can custom design a bike for you, they have cool stuff for little kids, they have great stuff for old ladies like me, and professionals would even find what they need at this great store. I’ve been buying bikes for about 60 years so it’s exciting to have this be one of the best experiences. Right here on Vineville in Macon Georgia! No need to ride up to Atlanta.

I have been using bike tech ever since I have lived in Macon. Its a great local shop with reasonable prices. These are not department store bikes however they service all. Lucious is awesome. They have always taken great care of me. I came in with a bent rim. They tried to fix it but ended up replacing it for a reasonable price as well as looked over the whole bike.
