Another great experience here. Since this is the only place in Macon I trust with my car, I keep putting up more reviews about how great they really are after each visit. Just go in, talk to John or Chansler, I assure you not only will your auto get fixed properly, they will keep you laughing the whole time. They are a hoot.

Don’t bother with getting hazard care on your tires. I have needed it three times. I always get treated like the least important customer. Even when I made an appointment. Sitting here for over a hour still haven’t taken my car back. They should stick to just tires. Or have techs just for it this is ridiculous.

Went to repair a tire (or buy a new one?) . Only $30 so, not bad I dont guess.

Do not trust this place. Check around to avoid being screwed over by the prices. Had to have my car towed to them when I checked around I could have had the same work done for $200 dollars cheaper. Dont make the same mistake I did shop around.

Went here around 230 just to be told they can’t check my A/C today for some reason. Was sent to the one on Forsyth road and unfortunately when I got there was told by a dude name Curtis that they couldn’t do it due to it being too hot .

The people are nice, and they are honest! They have went out of their way to help customers, many times they have stayed past closing time to take care of people, locals and folks from out of town! They have professional technicians and they do quality repairs! Sometimes it may take several hours, which can seem like forever, but when they complete the job, you can feel confident that your automobile is safe and will be reliable. It is rare that you find this kind of integrity and dedication in that industry!

Had bearings go bad on jet ski trailer on my way down to Florida. Had to drop trailer here at 3am. Called soon as they opened talked to larry. Great guy and very helpful. Quick and friendly

Ive been waiting here since 2pm (its now almost 5pm). Im not from here and Ive been sick (I caught my sons stomach flu). I was told 50 minutes ago that all that was left would take about 30min...Im still waiting. This is ridiculous. If it wasnt imperative that my car be fixed in order to drive, I would be long gone by now. Oh, and did I mention, theyre charging me $228.18 to put in a new filter and unclog some tubes. Very unhappy.

The guys here were great, helped me with my trailer bearings.

Slowww and pricey but they do professional level tire and wheel work. Dont sit and wait or anything. Youre gonna be there a while if so. Drop it off if possible.
