Just wanted to say that our family has been using Ace Security for 3 generations. My grandparents have been with them since the 70’s then my parents in the 90’s and now me. They have always been there when we need them and I know they will be here tomorrow for my family. Ace is truly a top notch company and we highly recommend them.

ACE Security is the best security company hands down! They are locally owned and operated and they care about their customers. Most security companies are greedy corporations that only care about the profit, but not ACE. The employees there have been in this industry for years and have the knowledge and experience to know how to protect my home. If you want a company you can trust, call them.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about their work. Set up was quick and direction on how to use was simple. Would recommend Ace to all my friends.

Our alarm system informed us that one of our sensors was not working. So I went and took the sensor down. I figured it probably needed new batteries. We tried to get the battery door open and it was stuck. We were not sure if there was a trick to it and we did not want to break it.I called the ACE security office and asked if I could bring the sensor to their office so they could look at it. I was told there was not a technician in the office but that they would send a technician to our house.The technician came and pried the battery door open with a screw driver. I provided the new batteries. The technician used MY ladder to put the sensor back up. He was at our house for a total of about 15 minutes.There was no mention of ANY kind of charge when I set up the appointment OR when the technician was at our house. Then we get a bill in the mail for 84 DOLLARS! I was flabbergasted! I called the office to inquire about the charge. I thought they were mistaken and had charged us for a new sensor (which we did not get).I was told on the phone that they had to make money somehow. The customer service was absolutely horrific and included interrupting me several times.Had I known they were going to charge that much, I would have taken a screw driver to the sensor myself and taken my chances of breaking it.

We had ace in the past and the service was good. Started calling to get a quote to upgrade our system. I could not get a call back. My wife called spoke with Rick and set an appointment for 9:30. Now just to be clear my wife agreed to the early time due to me having some late afternoon appointments. No show at 9:30 called, did not get Rick but was told he had scheduled it at 6:30. I would have never agreed to that time. Put it simply Ace could care less about past customers so if this apply s to you dont waste your time. I would advise to look for other options. Called two other companies just now and one is on the way and the other at 1pm. I guess the difference is they want new customers.
