I have used this store for a lot of my home improvements. Tub, shower, tile, barn doors, counter tops and cabinets. The staff there is great. Pat, Robyn and Josh are always helpful, polite and super easy to deal with. Thanks guys for help taking the sting out of buying material.Macon Connections salutes you!

Excellent service . Robin is outstanding at her job. Josh always helps me with cabinets . Even helped me load them one time when store was closing . He could have very well said sorry i got to lock up its after hours . But he spent another 20 min helping me. Pat is also great .

The manager at this store was rude and unprofessional. I felt slighted & rushed durning my visit. I purchased some linoleum, but I don’t think I will be shopping here again. I noticed a different attitude from her when assisting customers of color & white customers.

I really appreciate all the help provided to me this past year by Robin, Josh and all associates at Surplus Warehouse. They have earned a customer for life. Great prices on high quality items and excellent customer service.Ive been a return customer for over a year now while building my house. This store is amazing and Robin is always very patient, kind and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service not only to me, but every customer Ive witnessed walk in the store.

Be careful when buying floor products at this store . They donor stand behind their product. I was warned about buying tile planks from this store and didnt listen . Does not matter if they have a warranty or not you will be own your own...... beware .....probably why they are not Surplus Warhouse any longer ........

As always Robin has done it again. She made me a happy customer. I went in to design a kitchen. Robin was very patient and helpful. She missed her lunch to help me with my project. Greg is always nice and proessional. I have never had a bad experience with the place. I have shopped there since they opened and have completed several projects with their supplies. Its the best thing in Macon, Georgia

The store manager Robin and her team was great!!! she took the time with us in our kitchen model, even though we walked in just as she was about to eat her lunch, she still took her time with us to help us decide what cabinet line was best for our needs & then took the time to ask us lots question about what we wanted in our new kitchen. WE WILL BE BACK with our measurments. Greg also seemed knowledgeable about the flooring choices, as we wasn’t sure what flooring would be best.PS all kitchen cabinets 100% wood, can’t find that no place in Macon.

Robin and everyone was so nice. My friend is disabled and we were trying to help her get her kitchen repaired/remodeled. Robin was incredibly helpful and the price was great!! My only regret is that I didn’t find out about Surplus Warehouse sooner! I will definitly be back!!

Free kitchen designs are advertised on website. I went to the store to purchase a door and get my free design and estimate as well in June of this year. The lady said she will call me when it was ready, a month went by and never heard anything. I came back in store in August to look at counter tops, I asked her about my design. She told me that, I havent gave her any measurements, she worked their only 2 months, their was another female that worked there, etc. Come to find out it was her, she is a big liar, and I will NEVER spend money at this store. Worst customer service, EVER!! Ill rather spend more money at home depot.

We enjoy dealing with Macon Surplus Warehouse. The value is unbeatable and service it top notch. Robin is very informative and puts the customer first.

Prices are good but management sucks. The female manager is Very racist to customers of color. But other than that store has excellent prices and products.

I give the workers five stars. Thats a big store for only 4 people. And only have two guys in the back working really hard. Amazing !!

We really like this store we found our cabinet match yay!!! They have some really nice choices ...We were treated very badly from the local store in our area and when we saw this,store we gave them a try and liked what we saw .. We looked and looked keep looking there love what they have to,offer. We have been stuck on what we are going to do about getting the last,bit of,cabinets to finish the kitchen so,that it is nicely set up,with lots of cabinets for future owners. I said lets,take a piece of the ones we have and see if its a match.. Ill be,darn it was close,enough and we are ordering them ..I,should have not had a sleepless set of days over bad service and I was pregnant ..over another store..Thanks for having just what we needed and we will always have you in our thoughts when talking to others Great Store ! KEEP BEING FRIENDLY AND WE WILL KEEP GOING THERE...

Overpriced items u get cheaper same quality and item as lowes and homedepot, charge extra for u stopping in the hood.

Great place to go if u wanna get marerials to remodel your bathroom, really your house and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products you need to have for your project.

Havent bought anything yet but went in with no clue how to start looking for what i wanted... walked in the store and was greated by several employees and the manager Rusty Pierce approached us and was awesome... He walked and explained everything, gave ideas and spend well over a hour with us... Planning on when get to point we moving forward we dealing with him and the store to get the supplies.
