The have a very well-stocked location, so their selection rivals that of stores in larger cities. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole time I was there, the staff was WORKING. They greeted each customer and were busy stocking shelves and tidying up. When I have other entertaining/celebration needs, this location will DEFINITELY get my business.

Got everything I needed and excellent help from Brainard who works at the front. Loads of balloon choices and she was super patient with me. Love it!!

I really like this store, but I never find what Im in need of in there. The workers greet you when you enter, and are willing to assist you.

Really loved the fact they have all costumes in the back and you could either get in line and ask for it properly or not get one.

Not one time was I asked can I help you find something., customer service was not so good.

They have a lot of stuff but they do not have everything they advertise online. He has been a while since I have been to Party City and it seemed as if some of the prices have dropped from what I remember. Or maybe I just couldnt afford to go in there back then.

Its okay if you looking for specific things that has to do with Halloween of a birthday party. Store itself from time to time is a pig style but considering parents let there rug rats loose in there I can understand why. Need a costume they got something but birthday stuff or all is a little high in general in price for Chinese garbage also.

Always a great place for party decor and supplies. Great for kids party with good treat bag stuff. Also good for weddings and adult parties. Costumes at Halloween and seasonal supplies. If its not there then the only place to look would be online.

Party City is one of my favorite specialty stores, although their prices have risen sharply in the oast 2 or 3 years. I will ship here anyway because the selection is perfect for my occasion and they have this amazing candy section with all my childhood favorites: Now and Laters, rock candy, saltwater taffy, and pop rocks too.

Great place to find all your party needs. Its like a one stop and shop for all the things youll need for an tow of celebration. Party city made my granddaughters life celebration a evening to remember.

This is my go to place when I need something specific to an event Im hosting with the confidence that I know theyll have it in stock! There is no place in the city that can provide the wide and vast array of specialty items they have. No better place to go if your little one wants a Spiderman party, etc....theyll usually have everything from the napkins to the balloons specifically for the occassion. Superbowl party gear ......this is the place. One complaint though...the balloon prices are really pricey considering $1 buck @ just about any Dollar store:-(

The customer service was AWESOME. I had si many questions and kept forgetting things. They were with me until my lost was completed. Never made noises like hurry up. They kept the prettiest and happiest smile ever.

Party City is a great niche store. If youre having a themed occasion come here. I like the fact that they have color coded plates and decorations. They also have a section and costumes for any sort of party. (Duh, its in the name, right?) There are a few things a little pricy but I appreciate the coupons they send if you sign up with your email.

Ok, the only reason I gave this place 1 star was because the best part of this place was the line. It actually moved pretty quickly and the cashiers did their job. Other than that its such a small store and its crammed full and people just drop whatever they are looking at on the floor. Before I had my three kids and myself start picking up multiple items off the floor and hanging them back up. I watched so many kids walk all over this merchandise. It baffled my mind. Why would parents just let their kids ruin potential sale items? Especially when all the cheaply made costumes are so expensive. The kids and I usually make up their costumes, but this year the holiday snuck up on me. Pinterest is my best friend when it comes to that kind of stuff and so price savvy. Anyways this is only my opinion. Go for yourself and check it out. Happy Halloween! Stay safe♡

Horrible customer service. No employees answering the phones during business hours are not conducive for good business. I dont have a party city locally so it would be nice to be able to get information regarding products before making an hour long drive to the store. If I want to try to purchase items sight unseen Ill go online.

There was this beautiful young lady there that assisted my sister and I. I cant remember her name but I assure you, she was TOPS! Although the store didnt have what we were looking far; she went above and beyond to try to help us find it. To the young lady that find the fringe garlands on your iPad for us; thank you, we got it this pass Saturday. Thanks again!!!

Customer service for balloons i waited over 10 minutes for service and when the young lady Shan** looked over and asked if I had been helped I said no and she came over and someone else came behind me (mind you I was waiting) and she asked them what they were there for and since they only had two balloons to be blown up she said I will go on and do you first and then I said I have been here longer and the young lady behind me was very kind and said I can wait and the worker said okay.. just not appropriate to take someone else when I was already waiting in line.. very disappointed!

Party City is a awesome store. You can find everything you need, but if you order offline you shouldnt have to pay for your balloons to a be blown up!!! Its already expensive, especially if you spend a certain amount of money.
